I like most of the stuff I ordered the prices are good and quality is as expected you are an asset to the busy man but I don't understand your return policy so I get stuck with stuff
I get an update every now and then which has proven to be incredibly unhelpful. Here's the translated update info which seems to suggest it's been sent to Heathrow multiple times in the past month. Not sure I'll ever see my bike lights - really should have checked which country I was ordering from!

It's been a month. Never received my order never received a refund! This is a scam! Do NOT ORDER! Never received my order, couldn't speak with a customer service representative.

Don't buy from this company unless your order is one hundred (100%) correct as they don't do exchanges or refunds. They will give you a credit up to 25% of what you paid thus ripping you off the other 75%. This is a major ripoff if you make a mistake or the product isn't what you want. They do give you an option to return for a full refund but you are responsible for the international shipping back to China that cost more than the item so they are easy to get your money back hence the ripoff company if your order is wrong in anyway.
Update as 8/5/2022 - This is from the company as I have posted this review on several sites. As you can see, they want me to remove the review in order to get my refund. I will not remove my review in order to get the refund. I find this appalling as they are wanting to look good when they do wrong.

I gave this site 5 stars. My items came very quickly. They are made very well. All but one of my items was true to size. The item that wasn't was on the small size. I will be ording again.

I placed an order in July. Upon receing an update on order status, I noticed that the address was wrong. I tried everything to contact the company but was unable to get anything other than, "Wait til it is delivered!".
Finally at the end of August, I was able to finally say, I did not receive my order. I was told that it was delivered and to try and find it myself. I explained the address error and was then told, if I gave the wrong address, which did not happen, Light in the Box was not at fault and this was my problem. I in turn replied, that I have no knowledge of the address that ended up on the order but after checking, it was over 3 hours from where I in fact live. Light in the bax replied that if I paid 50% of original order plus shipping they would resend my items. I will never order from them again and will warn everyone I know, of these malicious attitudes towards customers.
UPDATE:
On September 3,2023 I received a refund along with a request to amend my review. I stated, back to them, that my review stands due to the fact that this action was only prompted from my honest and frustrated review of being a customer.

This company is ran by automated messagebots. Stay far far away from it.
I ordered two usb adapters in July but did not receive the goods. In August I asked about the goods and got an standard message that the goods could be delayed. In September I asked again and got the same message... I told them to read their messages and... got the same message back as before.
I messaged a supervisor and got a response that I could get a refund or my goods. But before I could answer the ticket was close and marked solved.
Solved? I opened three tickets now and everytime it's solved with the same crappy message. They don't even read it.

Update 11/04: got a message from customer service. If I remove this review they will refund the missing goods. So they can read afterall but try to influence the reviews by blackmailing the reviewer. Disgusting.
Update 11/18: customer service responded that their request was not intended to bribe me into removing the review. Finally got a refund after three months of mailing back and forth.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
