I did not receive my dress I ordered although it's states it was delivered, but not to me, I sent off notification that I had not received it and Pablo replied and after a couple of emails back and forth I was told I would receive a refund, I could not of asked for better service, I will continue to purchase from this company as this is only the first time I have not received my items. I am still waiting for my refund but I know it does take a few days ( this was only confirmed a couple of days ago) great job PABLO!
I ordered a pair of dress pants and the buttonhole and fastener were sewn over. They would not refund or exchange and told me to cut it out. I was offered to keep the item as defective and only get 50% of my money back. What a joke!.

I purchased a few pants for my grandson and a jacket. I was a little nervous about ordering it, but he received the merchandise and it was great. I made a significant purchase in mid-January because I had a great experience with a previous order. Nothing has arrived yet. Even the tracking information shows there were delays and then it went missing, then it says delivered. Really wanted to get this order because the clothes were so cute. At the same time I made this order, I made another order which may not have been from Light in the box but was run very similar with similar stock. I hope this can be sorted out because I am so disappointed and worried that I have lost the $100.00 order that I made. Really hope someone can help me. Something else in the order was a lamp with a cat holding it up by the tail.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
