This is the second review I am writing about the company Light in the box. When I wrote the first review I enlighten people about the situation I encountered with this dishonest company. I had placed an order for some dresses and pantsuits for an occasion I needed to attend. When the items came the sizes of the items were all over the place. Some ran small and some items ran big. I contacted the company to return the items and was told I couldn't make a return because they were custom ordered. After 10 emails I finally got through to them I did not custom order anything. I just ordered my size that I always get. They stated if I returned the items they would refund my money. I packed everything up and sent it right away. It even cost me $100.00 to get it sent back. Nothing was done for 41/2 months. So, when I wrote the first review someone from the company posted that they would help with this situation. They told me to reach out and give them all the information on the issue and they would help take care of it. I reached out, gave them all the information and have not heard from them again. I know they only wrote on my review to make others believe they would help me. This is not true at all. They have ghosted me once more. It is 61/2 months later and they now have the merchandise and my $600.00. The company is a scam. They take your money, pretend they don't understand what you are saying to them, accuse people of custom ordering items when they only order their size not by measurements. I have spoken with many others that have dealt with this company and they all feel very taken advantage of and scammed.
I am going to continue to write reviews and let people know that this company is very dishonest, so maybe it will save someone else from going through this nightmare I have been through. It is only right that the company Light in the box, makes this right. I did everything that was asked in the rules and followed every request they asked of me. And, still they did not honor me with my money back. That is just not right.
Great products, great value! All sizes seemed correct and to specifications! Excellent services and very quick delivery! I am happy to purhase in LightinTheBox! I will purchase soon again!

The nail tools and shoes were amazing and so was the shirt (although it didn't fit), but I gave it to my daughter.
Ordering was easy and quick, and the choices of dresses I was looking for was great!
Fit great size and colour are good waiting for summer
It took over a month to get the items but I loved the items. It requires planning ahead. If you're not in a rush, it's worth the wait.
There is an incredible selection of products to purchase on LightInTheBox and very good pricing. You do need to be patient for delivery if ordering from the USA. Also some of the clothing sizes do not true to size. I recently purchased 3 different style shorts size large, XL, XXL and all were sized almost exactly the same. It wasn't a big problem though, as I handed them down to my son who they fit perfectly. I will have to order a size larger than their sizing chart displays.
The clothing fit well, and there is a problem the staff are very helpful. There is lots to choose from which makes it quite interesting

Bonus tip, this shop follows your order to the last word so be accurate in the size of clothes you order for, I tried ordering a bigger size hopping this is just one of those lazy shops that give you small size clothes compared to what you specified and I was shocked. The shop sent the exact size I ordered for, so I ended up with a big size. Ofcourse it's not the fault of the shop, the fault is all mine because I did not order my size. Generally, the clothes are of good quality and affordable.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
