I have a wedding too go to on August 8th. I found a beautiful dress too wear. I ordered the wrong size. So I still had time too order the right size. They sent the same size again. Then sent me the right size. When I tried too return my two dresses I was told no that won't give me a refund. Then they told me 9.00 for a 45.00 dress and two of them. I will never order here again. Ever. Im reporting them to the BBB. If they do this too all thier customers they have a monopoly going on. I never complain. They have ruined me wearing that dress too the wedding. Please beware.

LightInTheBox has unbelievable selections at fantastic prices, and the "expedited shipping is both reasonably priced and super fast. Since I discovered LightInTheBox three months ago, I've placed eight more orders with them.
Would give no stars but no option for it! Bought an item for nearly £100 and the goods that was sent was total rubbish. Emailed them for return address, took them 2 weeks after many emails back with trying to entice me to keep the item and discounts. Informed them I wanted a refund and once they receive my returns they kept the product and no refund to date. I have finally registered my complaint with the Financial Ombudsman. I bought some "GEL" nail polish from these folks. My order took 6 weeks to arrive, which was rediculous! When it finally arrived, I tried it. The nail polish was like colored water, not "gelish" at all. Waiting for it to dry, after 10 minutes, still wet as water, 20 minutes still wet as water, 30 minutes still wet! Do not buy from this site, they don't care how long it takes for you to get your merchandise. The "GEL" nail polish is not gel, just colored water that never dries. They didn't say on their page how long it would take to receive my order. Made a bad review on theri page, and of course they removed it

After lots of complaints, they told me to send it back and they would refund me the money and the money of the delivery back.

Well afterall it ended up to be 1 big misscommunication, which resulted in cancelling the shipment. I ordered a dress which i know was made to order (as they keep pointing out) BUT... the dress arrived too late due to delays on their end. They said I would get a full refund, and then changed their minds. I had already refused the package, so now not only do i get a piddley little refund, but I don't have the product to at least try and sell on my own. I ordered two dresses with crazy sizing, and needless to say were not correct and both dresses looked and smelled horrible so I would not even try them on. Then to return you have to pay return shipping to CHINA! Shipped to me from USA but I must return to China at a cost more than I paid for the merchandise. I buy a lot on the net and I have never seen such a low quality for such a price. In fact this lamp has 0 value because it is the conception of the lamp that is a nosense and to replace it would not change anything because they are all the same.

I am very dissatisfied with their return process. I was told they no longer provide return shipping labels. I don't have a printer. I am 74 years old so no longer work and have no access to a printer. The post office told me the cost to return the item would be more that the item cost. Their sizing is extremely small. I usually wear a 1x. This size was not an option so I ordered size 2x. The 4 tops I ordered do not fit. So now I am out my money and have 4 tops to donate to a charity because they are too small. Their site says "7 day satisfaction guarantee". Unless I get a free exchange for a larger size or my money back I am not satisfied. This is taking advantage of a senior citizen.
I cannot add a photo of the product or proof of purchase as I do not have a camera or a cell phone or a scanner or any device that will take a picture or a screen shot.

I paid for delivery to a vacation address in Mexico. Failed delivery because "address doesn't exist," according to their website. I sent screenshots of location from Google Maps. The place exists but they don't use GPS or know how to use Google Maps, apparently. Here is the reply when I reported non-delivery: " Our logistics department confirm that there isn't a local tracking number...For more details, please contact the local carrier at +52 (55) *******." This number is Spanish with no option for English, there is no name for the delivery service, and "Customer Service" gives NO HELP.
They take my money, and do not take any responsibility for delivering the merchandise at the end destination, This is a Chinese company that does not have the facilities or connections to deliver reliably worldwide. I must dispute the charge with my bank because there is no follow-up from "customer service." They leave you on your own once the merchandise leaves China. I have to pay for this lesson - but you can benefit from my poor experience for free.

Ordered products are different than on the pictures. Some of them are only a little different and acceptable but some, mostly 2 sweaters, are completely different. Also, on the site there is no information about MATERIAL, and one sweater looked like soft occurred to be very heavy and hard because is made of thick cotton - and It looked as soft acryl, which I wanted. Another sweater I've got was COMPLETELY different than I expected - different look, different material, different colour - nothing worth its price. I simply will give it to somebody very poor, but its price was highest. Never more buying in this company!

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
