I was really very pleased with my experience purchasing products from LightInTheBox.
All was send and received ahead of scheduled times and even when I had a small problem with an error at the shipping address, their response was immediate and extremely accurate.

Ordered two swim suit, I did order two sizes bigger allowing for size difference, to small, coat £39.98, they offered me £7.35 refund, refused to send me their return address, avoid this company.
I love the items i got from "light in the box" at first scared of paying with my credit card but to my surprise nothing happen. My credit card wasn't hacked and they removed exactly the amount i was to pay. I even had a little imsunderstanding with the custom service and light in the box resolved the whole issue. I will sure recommend "Light in the box" to my friends. The goods and prices are really worth it.

Understand that everything shipped from this company is coming directly from a cheap warehouse in China. Shipping times and their shipping provider (17track) are horrible. Not recommended.

Until I received the coat that I have been waiting for and it came just in time as winter has arrived and it is very cold here. Now I don't have a coat. First of all, i will have to say, if i knew this was a company out of China, i would not of bought Two dresses that i can't get a refund for, after they sent the wrong color and size. Unless you take your measurement before ordering their cloths, i suggest buying USA MADE. I made a big misstake when i didn't do my homework on this company before my purchase. My daughters wedding is in two weeks, and i have no dress aftet ordering two dresses i can't wear, and i can't get a refund.

I bought a mother of the bride dress in 2 sizes to see which would fit better. I ordered their sizes... not custom measurements. On 12JAN22... I received the dresses (from China) on 25JAN22 so you know they were not custom made but were the rack sizes. Unfortunately, even though the dresses are beautiful, I did not like how they fit or looked on me. When I asked to return the dresses, they stated they were custom made due to size and color and they stated the items were nonrefundable.
Normally custom made would take much longer than 2 weeks to get. I only ordered 2 sizes due to the website stating I could return if not custom made.
Very poor customer service and very misleading when ordering regular sizes.

Ordered 2 Items A jumpsuite and a pair of sandals.They were recieved in a timely manner but there was a issue with the jumpsuite.It was not the one I ordered although it was nice,just not as nice as the one I wanted.I sent a email to customer service and they were quick to get back to me the next day with a few offers to choose from to remedy the issue.I was happy to accept a 70% (of the price I paid) in a coupon on my next order and keep the item that was sent to me.I appreciated their quick response and the choices I was given.I will continue to purchase from this company.
Just received my order and one pair of pants is not the measurements as listed on the website. Trying to find a way to return and found out that they want it sent to China! I feel duped.

Can you tell us if there is someone currently living at your old address? Could this person receive the package on your behalf? If the package can't be delivered, then it will be returned by USPS, and we will be able to arrange a refund or reshipment once it's on its way back to China.

As said last time, I am happy with most of the ordered articles but, e.g. if I need a T-shirt or articles like this is it needed to order the next bigger size like usually a - L - in those cases it´s better to order size - XL - my experience. In my case I live in the country side and have a mailbox but the delivery to the postoffice is not possible and I ask myself why not, instead I receive a telcall from a person that they have a parcel for me and we need to meet eachother at a supermarket entrance or a gasolinastation in the town I mentioned to deliver. This is - so far - the only negative point to tell.

Since I ordered form LITB have been always happy after I found out that the size of the items e.g. shirts need a number bigger than normal e.g. Iusually us the size X but, in those cases is needed XL also for shoes instaed of 44 use 45 and they fit. Will continue order for my Novia and myself.

I have purchased from light in the box, several times totaling almost $600, and most of the items are a good deal. But, with every order comes 1-3 items that need to be returned or exchanged because they are not as advertised, or simply do not work at all.
In the past, I simply submit a return via their app. In my last two packages, I received two items that do not work at all and two more that are not the sizes advertised. But, the return process, on their app, DOES NOT FUNCTION!
I have tried using their return system, every day for the past week, and I am almost at the end of their seven day return period. I tried emailing them directly, but their emails come from a "no reply" address. I tried replying to previous emails, about previous returns. But, the customer service response always claims that they can only respond to the items in that one order of that one email chain.
This company is advertising a seven day return window, for all items that are not as described or arrive broken. But, in reality, they are not accepting returns from me anymore at all!
Light in the box offers surprisingly, high-quality goods and service… and, the prices get even better on the app! If something doesn't fit, or isn't working for you, their customer service is fast and fair as well. Lastly, somehow, they manage to ship everything, from china, in only 2 to 4 weeks!
What can I say?! Lightinthebox is a good website from where I'm doing my shopping! Everytime that I've buyed something I've received and I recomend you to start you internet shopping from here! Good luck!
,really liked the product and it came in a timely fashion, the only problem I had, was a few days after I placed my order, my debit card was hacked, not saying they did it but I found it strange it happened after I had placed my order with them.
Order took 2-3 weeks to arrive...I KEPT NOTHING of the 8 items I ordered as the QUALITY WAS PATHETIC and nothing like depicted on their site. Golf dress was a long shirt not even CLOSE to the measurements given on site. Their site states you can return on THEIR DIME for quality issues but NOT TRUE! $87 return shipping costs on a $115 order...NO Customer Service to work with...won't return emails...I am DISGUSTED BEYOND BELIEF WITH THIS BUSINESS! BUYER BEWARE!

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 star is because some of the items purchased are good quality for a fair price. But it's hit or miss since the sizing of garments are inconsistent. My general rule for ordering clothes from China is to size up. The trick is figuring out how much to size up. In my case, I sized up too much so when I tried to exchange for a smaller size, I ran into the atrocious return policy most people have encountered. Ok, whatever. But to add insult to injury I was not able to apply all of my reward dollars to a substitute order. What's the point of earning reward dollars if you can't apply them. The CS rep I have been dealing with hasn't been able to give me a straight answer for over a week. Bottom line is I will not shop here again as it is too much of a hassle to order the right size and make returns if needed.
Updated to 4 stars for the quick customer service response and concession to my complaint. However, I will probably not shop LightInTheBox again unless they make it easier to return items without having to pay punitive shipping costs. LightInTheBox will never succeed with such a poor business model. It is absurd to expect people to pay return shipping fees that are are higher than the cost of the purchase order.
We live in an "Amazon World" now so in order to survive LightInTheBox will need to accept this reality and adapt. I may have to pay a little more at Amazon but I receive items in about 2 days and return shipping is FREE.

Horrible company. Do not waste your money. Ordered a small item, Christmas gift, Dec. 9th. Website listed shipped Dec. 12th... 5-8 business days. It is now Dec. 24th... no package... no Christmas gift and no phone number to call. Ridiculous!
I love that I am the only one at a party wearing these cool styles! Several people have asked me where I got them. Sometimes the sizes are way off and the shipping can take 2 months.
I ordered the smartphone Homtom HT7 from site lightinthebox.com. There was quickly shiped out to me. And I've recieved the phone after 20 days. Homtom ht7 is good phone for this money. I've got new revision version without problem with headphones connector.
I have changed my review based on response of customer service lead, Rebacca, who suggested full refund as the products have still not arrived. Whilst this was agreeable in short term I would have preffered to have the products. I would have also preffered that I was told the products could take up to 2 months to arrive. At least I would have known at the begining what kind of lead time they are offering.
I ordered some bulbs and was told it will take 10-14 business days as they were being sent by postal service rather than secure delivery, however it has now been over 20 business days and still no bulbs!. I wrote to LightInTheBox and asked for refund but no reply. No I am out of pocket and no bulbs! Do not use this company as they are terrible. I have used other Chinese companies and they are very good but these guys are worst!

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
