I have purchased four 1000 piece jigsaw puzzles from LightInTheBox. Twice they have sent me the wrong jigsaw puzzles. Furthermore, their prices have a ridiculous price tag attached for what you actually get. Shipping costs are extremely HIGH. So actually you are paying an ARM AND A LEG for their products. Then when the product arrives it is in a DODGY BOX that you are not even able to see what type of puzzle picture is in the box. Their customer service is unhelpful. I am sitting in SOUTH AFRICA and they suggested I enter into a CONSULTATION to resolve my problem - with them sitting in CHINA! I recommend STAYING AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Order two Steering Wheel Covers, They t[k a bit longer to get here as they are made to order from China.1 fit very tight, 2nd one was way too small and the stitches came apart, was never able to get it on. They state will fit15 to 15.5 inch. The 15 inch Steering wheel, the cover made it on but it was a struggle, not so good on the 15.5 inch Steering Wheel. They are working to replace it, but is is a tedious process.and I'm still working on that.They are heavy duty and look like they will last, once on.
I will never buy anything from this LITB company again, 2 out of three items were no good.The first item was faulty it fell apart when I put batteries inside the flashlight which cost me $28.00 AUD and the said they would refund me which they did but only. 14.50 AUD.So they lied to me.The second item was supposed to be a Sky Ray King flashlight when received the light it turned out to be a cheap version called a Elfeland flashlight poor quality, so they have basically roarted me so that's it never again for me. With the complaint in regards to that item which cost $54.33 AUD they just ignored me and said they were confused. Dont do business with them, you will be left disappointed.
I was extremely pleased when I got the dress I had ordered for my grandaugther. The dress is gorgeous and was exactly like the one in the picture. Very well made and trust me, I'm very pick. I can't wait to see her on it. I super recommend. Thank very much! I'm one happy costumer...!:-)
Have had very bad experience with this seller the product was not working, help centre saying they have to talk to the manufacturer for guidance. They use every stall tactic available all for a 84 dollar useable product... only to be told after they delayed the claim by 3 weeks that we have now expired the warranty period of 30 days and they can't help me... NEVER USE THESE DODGY SCAMMERS is my best advice

Had a hard time finding how to exchange a women's top I ordered for the 4th of July.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS! They take your money and don't deliver the product. I ordered a flower girl dress - not custom made - and paid for expedited shipping on 4 January. It is now middle of February and no dress. Tracking report only states that it is processing! I need this dress by the end of February. Will contact credit card company next week and take any action needed if I don't receive the dress.

Very poor quality materials (polyester). The coat is rather thick shirt. The trousers are not linen, they are uncomfortable, very wide cut at the bottom and poor quality print - not a print, but an iron-on sticker. Shirt ugly, very poor quality print! Like when you enlarge a 5kb picture to half a metre! I wouldn't pay a dollar for the shirt and pants if I had a chance to see them live beforehand!

Originally bought an item from them on the 13th. I upgraded the shipping to 5 days to 8 day. They didn't even get around to shipping the item until the 17th 4 days after I paid for it. I emailed them I tell them my concerns. They tell me that it will take 12 days, but yet I paid for 5 days to 8 days no phone number and they don't email you back. When they say they're going to ship out the item they don't. They do not tell the truth about. You end up paying for something that doesn't exist. It was supposed to be here within 5 to 8 days which was well before today. Yet I'm still waiting for to show up at my door. Finding out it's noyt in the Us. horrible compan please do not buy from them. Please do not buy from these people you will regret your purchases.

I use the miniinthebox site (sister site of lighinthebox) a lot, either to get items for myself or my family.One of the last items that I've purchased is a nice small watch that my daughter loves it.
The free shipping is a one a kind offer and the prices are very low. If there's a problem with any of the items, the support is very fast to solve the issue, either refunding the items value or resending the item to me, free of charge.
I've recommended this site to a lot of my friends, and continue to do so.
I was worried at 1st because when i tried through amazon i got 5 garbage way to small{for a child} shirts from a company CLAIMING to be them. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
