Shipping was fast all items were nice. I ordered one top too big reviews were go up a size a little too big. Other than that everything was great anklet was a bit tight but I fixed and absolutely love it. I just wish there was free shipping on larger orders.

I ordered a jumpsuit that was the quality of a costume. It was so see through and of VERY poor quality. I requested a return and sent in the required information. I received an email that my return would be reviewed. It's been a month and I have heard nothing. Seventy bucks down the drain.

Lots of choice in all areas, and unbeatable prices. Despite the distant shipment, the delivery is fast. The only complaint is too much advertising message sent.
I have literally ordered TONS of shirts & pants from LITB. NEVER disappointed. Their business is awesome & their customer support department is nothing short of phenomenal. I urge those that haven't tried them, to do YOURSELF a favor and get yourself some good quality clothing and SAVE SOME MONEY at the same time.

I love your products They are so much better than other companies's offerings Innovative and very reasonably priced
Lightinthebox is an amazing company. I ordered a pair of shoes for my God Daughter. They were not shipped on the expected date. However, I was fully informed and provided options in the case that I no longer wanted the shoes. Lightinthebox is very responsive and always keeps me updated. I reached out to them to see if they were able to still get the shoes. The shoes became available and since I've been waiting for them and they were for my God Daughter, LTB shipped them overnight to me at no additional cost. In addition, they provided me with coupons for my inconvenience. The service provided by LTB puts the "H" back into humanity. My God Daughters mother passed away in December. She was my best friend for over 20 years. We always looked out for each other and made a promise that if one of us passes away that the other one will make sure that all children were taken care of. LTB listen to my story and went up and beyond to make sure the shoes got here. Thank you LTB!

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
