I contacted the company and explained the large coat didn't fit and like to exchange it for an extra large and they were agreeable. At present, I returned the coat that I received and have been assured when the package I returned is received they will ship me another. Sadly because of Canada Post high price in sending packages abroad, it cost me 88.00. But nevertheless, I believe the exchange is worth it.

I ordered 3 dresses & an accessory for $174. Paid extra for expedited shipping but it still took longer than stated on the website. The quality is horrid. Cheap material, shoddy sewing, irregular size dress straps, the dress belt was one inch at one area and got bigger than smaller, the hem was all askew. The material is rubbish. Thin, see-through, totally unwearable. When I requested a refund they said I would be responsible for the shipping cost (AGAIN) which they said had to be sent one specific method (mind you they sent it to me DHL but I was forbidden from returning it via DHL) so of course this isn't practical by any means because it costs me more to ship it than it cost originally so they tell me they'll give me a credit for a future purchase. I have no interest in more garbage clothes so I send them lots of pictures of the dreadful "workmanship" and then they say oh ok we'll refund you some of each dress & not make you ship anything back is that ok. This just went on & on; them trying to negotiate. Finally when it was evident they were NOT going to refund me fully without me paying for it shipped back to them, I accepted a lesser refund just to recoup some of the money I spent. BUYER BEWARE. Maybe 10% of the items on this website are similar to what is shown. Otherwise it's poorly made & won't fit you & the material is too cheap to use for anything except a rag. Stay away.

I tried returning a bathing suit that didn't fit, and by the time they added their shipping fee, restock fee, and then they added their overseas vendor shipping fee and restock fee as well. It was going to cost far more just to return the item than what I paid. Then they offer a 40% discount to keep it, so I took this option, however, they only refunded $7.20 (far from the 40% they offered) but only $4 appeared in my bank account as they apparently have additional hidden fees for this too. Terrible company, stay far away from LightInTheBox.

The quality of the T shirts I ordered was far above what I had expected. They were not uncomfortable to work in as I thought they may be. Working outside in the heat they were light weight, easy to move around in and I didn't sweat as much as some other shirts I'd order on another site or in stores. One Shirt was for a Friend as a surprise and he sid "I Like It!". He went on to say that the saying on the shirt is how he feels at time and will wear it on some of his nightly walks.
Their size charts are 2 sizes off. The material they use is the cheapest there is. The shipping takes 3 weeks then they want you to pay for return shipping. My first and LAST order.

This is my second order from Light In The Box. Everything fit well and looks great. Products were shipped quickly.
The tapestries I ordered came in a decent amount of time and are amazing quality! They are so fabulous and affordable!
Ordered a month in advance of a golf outing. Label created, supposedly sent to a go between but it has never been in USPS system. Outing came and went. Email complaint they tell ME to check with USPS and to verify my address. Horrible customer service. Can't get my shirt. Can't get a refund. STAY AWAY!

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
