First off, in order to return something, you need to jump through a million hoops. It is very hard to find information online on how to return anything, so once you pillage through useless information to get to anything substantial, you have wasted hours. Then, I followed their policy to the letter. I packaged up a large order to return, went to UPS on my dime, mailed it to a factory, took pictures of everything including my dated receipts, and never heard from them again. I emailed over and over. Nothing. Never got a dollar. 6 months later, the package is returned to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I wish there was a zero star rating.

I can't believe Light in the Box got decent reviews I think they are bogus! The pants ordered are not the same design as pictured on the website. The bottom of the pants is not even close to the online photo! How is it that I get charged the ridiculous shipping fee and it has a USA shipping address? Why would I add an order number to this review? Obviously going to the company and not an independent review site!

I ordered a LARGE swimsuit and the size they shipped me is most likely PETITE. It's laughable how small it is! There are no labels on it - they have been carefully cut out so as not to show the actual size, because it ain't large, I can tell you that! Would fit a tiny woman, MAYBE. Their return policy is RIDICULOUSLY convoluted, designed to make you not want to go through with the process - AND they make you pay for the return. SCAM! I am deeply disappointed and will be reposting this review all over the internet.

The color was not as pictured, it is ugly. This is 100% polyester and does not fall the way cotton does. The photos used imply cotton. I used the sizing guide, and these are HUGE. It took a lot of searching on the site to find return instructions. The search bar is useless in this regard. The return process id archaic and draconian, as if designed to discourage returns, if not to make it impossible. When i finally got to fill out the return application, A) it will not accept my photos and B) the submit button doesn't work. I have photographed the entire process to submit to the CA Atty General's office, Department of Consumer Affairs. DON'T waste your money!

I purchased 2 dresses niether of which fits. To return them you need to measure the garment and take photographs to get a refund. This is a sham and a shame. I will never purchase items from them because they do not accurately reflect the documented garment or its size

Before I ordered the mother of the bride dresses, I called to confirm the return & refund policy. Unsure of the sizes, I was told - sure no problem. Order two and return the one that does not work. Upon receiving the order, that was not the case. They refused to provide return instructions. Failed to respond to inquiries. I opened a dispute with my CC company. They provided instructions which I followed to the letter. It cost me 80 US dollars to ship back to China using their instructions. Their email clearly stated your refund will be issued upon QC of the items. Three months later, nothing. Now they are back to "we do not return items." These are dishonest business people. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE.

I found this site since I am buying for a 15. The clothes are beautiful but the return policy is not the best. Because the site doesn't have a warehouse in the United States the return is expensive and if the person is to keep the clothes it's not a full refund as well, the con is that the partial refund can't go back to PayPal or the card used.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
