I can't believe how great these items are for the price that I paid.
I bought 4 graphic tees and two more "Brave Person" thong underwear. The tees are a hit! I get all kinds of positive feedback from others when I wear the tees. The thongs are so comfortable, I don't even know I have them on. They are not only good as underwear but the can be used as a swimsuit, a jockstrap or as loungewear. Not only are they comfortable but they are also sexy, attractive to wear around the house. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!
I find the quality of the clothes to be good. The sizing is difficult. I brought according to the size chart yet I had to reorder a few times to get it right. Which leads me to the next thought, They state that they have a wearhouse in the USA to exchange items with. Unfortunately all my returns would have to be returned to Asia. This would cost more than the price I paid so now I have extra clothes that I can't wear. So be carefull when you pick your size.
Have the most comfortable pants I own, linen beach pants, that I put on right after work on most days. Really quality product and inexpensive.
My wife and I ordered a dress for a wedding we are to attend and based the size to order on the sizing chart supplied with the dress. To be extra safe, we ordered a size smaller than the chart indicated.
When the dress arrived we were impressed with the quality of the fabric and the garment construction. I was comparable to local dresses we had shopped that cost three times as much. The color was actually at least four shades darker than the illustration on our computer screen. As the dress was a "steal", she decided to keep it and adjust for the color difference even though she was not happy with the shade difference.
However, when my wife slipped into the dress, it was over a size too large! Disappointment is not the word because this dress was a bargain's bargain.
I then contacted LITB for return instructions and return authorization. As a result of some confusion on my part, it was necessary for Customer Service to enter the return process.
If the quality of the dress was impressive, the assistance I received from LITB Customer Service made it appear ordinary. The Representative was overly courteous and concerned with my situation and worked to ensure I would be completely satisfied with the offered solution.
I will say this, the resolution with the overly dark shade vs. the Internet illustration and size differential put almost every Customer Service I have ever dealt with to shame.
The resolution offered to me far exceeded my expectations.

This dress was perfect in the fit and feel of the fabric. It's loose and comfy. The service from this company rivals any other online order program such as Amazon, Walmart, major retail outlets in fact I would say their customer service out performs some of them. Easy to deal with and arrives within a timely manner….given the fact it ships from overseas, it's not out of expectation to be 10-14 business days. Well done on the quality of the workmanship of the clothing. I will continue to use this company for future purchasing.
All the hoodies came in on time, most of them were bright colors which was great
I did find some of the hoodies looked like they were faded out especially for the older
Kids.
I ordered a size 9 blue with kittens, this one looked faded, i ordered a boys size 14 in blue as well
And again looked pretty faded.
I have not given them to my grandkids yet but I am sure they will like, the only one that will not fit is for our 1 year old grandson, bought a 3 pc set, pants and shirt will fit but hoody will not, no stretch in fabric. Well buy a hoody somewhere else for him.
I recently found LightInTheBox while looking for some music themed men's shirts. I was pleased find shirts like this and more at great value. I was pleased with the quality and fit of what I purchased and returned to the website two more times in a couple of weeks to buy more. There are a nice variety of colors in good materials.
I recommend everyone not to use this company for business, they are a bunch of thieves. I ordered a dress that didn't fit me, I sent the dress back over a month ago, I never received my refund, I can't speak with no one at the customer service; they steal my money

In general the site works excellently. The prices are low, the quality is attractive and the service is fast and efficient
Lightinthebox sells quality products at affordable prices. The colors don't fade when washing, nor does the shirt shrink. I like the styles and the fact the shirts only go down just past your waistline. Other Polo brands are very long and hang down to your knees. Their delivery was quick, with no issues. A great company to deal with.
I have ordered several different items under all different categories and for the most part have been surprised at the quality for the price. I would definitely continue shopping with light in the box.
So far I have placed two different orders and the products have been wonderful so far. To me they are unique in their class.
The only suggestion I would make is to adjust the shipping and shipping insurance costs; these are way too much inflated which defeats the purpose of whatever money you were supposed to save in the products ordered. It seems like they push you to buy the yearly shipping and handling membership. If they can fix that then the company will beat Amazon.
I wear so many of these shirts to church. We have a modern service and I've found so many articles of clothing that are church approved with a cool look and attitude. Keep up the great work LITB!

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
