The website just does not want you to return items! They rather have you keep the items and give you a partial return than give you a full refund. They need to let customers know up front about this!
Great easy ordering would like faster shipping at a lower cost
I had placed my order on August 30th just to make sure I would get my wedding dress for my October wedding. It came surprisingly much faster and couldn't be happier. It's perfect. Can't wait to wear it in October

STILL dead silence from "Megha" or anyone else at Light in the Box, despite their website's advertised 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Absolutely appalling that they would bother to contact me after my negative Site Jabber review, promise me that my situation would be rectified after I provided order details, then completely ignore me and never follow up.
10/19/23 Update--
After posting my review on SiteJabber, I received a 9/17/23 email from the company almost immediately from a LightintheBox rep ("Megha"). She identified herself as a customer service supervisor, so I responded to her promptly. Sadly (but no surprise), a full month later, she still hasn't responded or followed up with me after that, and I still have the 4 awful dresses.
Simply awful if you need to return anything. I ordered 4 dresses from LightintheBox & paid $171.85. All 4 dresses were disappointments--poor quality construction, poorly matched colors in 2-piece outfits, etc. I've tried multiple times to get this company to agree to returns & refunds, but no reply. Worse, this order has been deleted their website, along with my correspondence with them about this order. Clearly, I'm stuck, but I now know to never order from them again.

Happy to by itens on your site have never been unwilling on anything i bought as far as I remember like on wish where a bathroom shower head mailfunched water came out off mouthhead where the shower head

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
