Ordered a blouse from this company. I was leery based on the price. Beautiful blouse for the price. Looked at Trustpilot and here at Sitejabber and based on reviews, thought it OK to roll the dice. Within a day of ordering, there was a fraudulent charge on our credit card. Could have been a coincidence, but had to cancel that card and get a new one, changing the information on all accounts associated with the former card. The blouse arrived a few weeks after ordering it, and instead of the gauzy, organic-looking fabric with pearlescent buttons shown the online photo, the blouse I received was a shiny polyester, lighter in color with bright, solid white, cheap-looking buttons. In trying to get permission from the company for a return and refund, I was told I could keep the item for a 50% of purchase price coupon towards another item or keep the item with a 30% refund. If I wanted to return for a full refund of the purchase price, I was told I would have to pay for shipping to Asia which would exceed the purchase price and that it would take 30 days for that to occur. First photo is of the online photo. Second is what I received. Ugly old-lady blouse. Would never wear even as an old lady!

I received the cell phone holder in at least 30 small pieces without any instructions on how to put it together. I also order iPhone charger and received something else. It was so difficult to communicate with them regarding the mistake, and waisted som much time doing so without any results. I will never buy anything from them again.

Lured in by the excellent prices, I accumulated $116.00+ worth of merch in my cart. When I logged into PayPal, it showed a total of $198 and some change. Upon review of the order, I saw USPS shipping charges of $70.00+. I changed it to DHL, which was still a lot, but less than USPS, and also deleted the $4.99 shipping insurance. Even with those changes, I could not get their total to match my math. It was probably still a good deal, but the subterfuge made me angry, so I bought nothing. I don't trust companies that assume customers are stupid and won't pay attention to details.

Ich habe bereits viele erstaunliche, schöne Dinge bei Light in the Box gekauft. Besonders bei Kleidung in Übergrößen für meinen Mann fand ich tolle Sachen, die ich in Deutschland nicht bekomme. Nur die Damenmode hat bisher fast jedes Mal qualitativ enttäuscht. Selten sah der erhaltene Artikel tatsächlich so aus wie auf den Fotos, so dass ich von weiteren Käufen, was Mode für mich betrifft, absehen werde. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
