Shoes were true sized (size 47 for my US size 10-1/2 foot) and are very comfortable. Lightweight, very soft and supple and the sole material is also light and thin. Very attractive shoes, but not designed for daily wear. Great shoes for dress-up and evening attire. Overall, an excellent value and I am very satisfied with my purchase of 3 different pairs.
My order came in earlier than expected, received some items that don't quite fit. I'm going to return them.
The company responded with they know the clothes are cheaply made and fall apart but what the hell do you expect with the price you're paying. As to the exorbitant extra charge at checkout We have to make money some where and most people don't even notice it until they get the bill and since we have no contact number they can't get in touch with us. Do you believe this company is actualy telling you they are ripping youi off and there's nothing you can do about it. Materials are very cheap, sizes are not suitable for North Americans. Returns you have to pay postage to China! And! Online its impossible to even make a return! Horrible Horrible experience. Its the Chinese experience all the way.

I recently purchased a dress for my mom to wear to a wedding. It was a nice dress but way too small. Within a couple days of receiving, I sent a note to this company that I would like to initiate a return. I was told my options were to keep the dress and they would pay me 40% of the price it costs or I could send it back to them but they didn't provide return labels so I'd have to pay for shipping it back. After the post office informing me it would be $66 to return the $200 dress, I reached back out that I'd just like to just get the 40% and they told me I could just get the credit and it could not be refunded. The credit amount that is showing in my account is $2.00. Keep in mind this was all within 30 days of receiving. There is no reason I should not have been given a full refund but at the very least, should have had the 40% credited. They have now stopped responding to me. This is the worst rerun policy ever as it's non existent. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Save your money.

Ordered 2 dresses to try for a wedding from their website and read through the return policy CAREFULLY before ordering. Received the dresses and the quality of the fabric, workmanship and fit are horrible. No where near what is shown the website. I could have bought something locally for half the price and ten times the quality of what I received. Reached out to Customer Service IMMEDIATELY to initiate a return. Received an email back that they want me to send pictures to them so they can determine if product is returnable - why should I have to send them pictures to show them the poor quality item they sent me when their return policy says you can return within 7 days if not satisfied. I should be able to return if not satisfied instead of having to send pictures for them to approve. And if they approve the return, the cost to send back is not worth the product received Save yourself time, headache and money and buy something from a local store you know you can return if needed. Overall poor representation of product and return policy.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
