Poor customer service

I did not try to return only this shirt from order #**************. I wanted to return the whole order. I filled out return ticket for each item on.a Saturday hit submit. Thought it was taken care of! Wrong! Returned to site on Monday and my whole order was missing. Of course I was informed it was my fault. Maybe I wasn't signed into my account, I was because when I tried to sign out asked if I was sure I wanted to do that. They also sent extra merchandise in that order and all I want to do is return that also. No credit no anything. They will not help me at all! This company is not very customer oriented and I should know I was a Customer Service Manager in the United States for 20 years and I would have been out of a job if I treated people like this! I ordered two different Roaring 20's dresses. The first came and was not right size. I had to pay $28 to ship it back to company. Second dress came and it also did not fit. The sizes do not run true. Other wise I liked the style and make. Make sure to check sizes carefully.

Everything I have ordered was excellent quality, beautiful colors and patterns. Only criticism is some instructions were not in English and delivery was on the sidewalk not in my lobby.

I was told I would have to pay $40 to return a shirt I thought was poor quality because it was shipped out of country. Do not buy anything from them. The shirt was $26 and they wanted me to pay $40 to return it! Insane!

Don't Do It!

Don't do it. Sizes were completely off...even though I measured and ordered everything exact. The issue is that it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN ANYTHING. You have to mail it back to CHINA, which they tell you will cost between $10-40 at USPS per item. There is absolutely no way to contact the company either. Very frustrating.

Refused returned package in the correct way

I had bought shoes I did not like and I had sent it back on May 3th 2023 and it had arrived in China on May 12th 2023.

They had refunded me a little amount and They have returned me the product five months later which was labelled REFUSED. I had paid 88.75$ either more than twice the price the product just for returning it at my fees! And it is like they did not kept it!

I had thought the issue was solved and I had deleted my account when they had received it.

Every conditions where respected! Pictures and everything!

LightInTheBox attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I bought from Temu and the cost is 7 dollar for shirt and return because of bad quality. I bought from LightInTheBox and same quality with 2 shirts price is 54$ same quality actually same shirts and no return.its cheating please don't buy anything from this website. Bad with refunds
