I did not try to return only this shirt from order #**************. I wanted to return the whole order. I filled out return ticket for each item on.a Saturday hit submit. Thought it was taken care of! Wrong! Returned to site on Monday and my whole order was missing. Of course I was informed it was my fault. Maybe I wasn't signed into my account, I was because when I tried to sign out asked if I was sure I wanted to do that. They also sent extra merchandise in that order and all I want to do is return that also. No credit no anything. They will not help me at all! This company is not very customer oriented and I should know I was a Customer Service Manager in the United States for 20 years and I would have been out of a job if I treated people like this! I ordered two different Roaring 20's dresses. The first came and was not right size. I had to pay $28 to ship it back to company. Second dress came and it also did not fit. The sizes do not run true. Other wise I liked the style and make. Make sure to check sizes carefully.

Everything I have ordered was excellent quality, beautiful colors and patterns. Only criticism is some instructions were not in English and delivery was on the sidewalk not in my lobby.
I love your design's, styles, colours, they are unique can't find them any where else, that's why I order them.
The only problem is your delivery, it's taking way too long on what's promised.
It seems like it takes a while to get. Make sure you order at least a month in advance. We're I live you have no idea if it's coming to mail box or another company.

Don't do it. Sizes were completely off...even though I measured and ordered everything exact. The issue is that it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN ANYTHING. You have to mail it back to CHINA, which they tell you will cost between $10-40 at USPS per item. There is absolutely no way to contact the company either. Very frustrating.

I had bought shoes I did not like and I had sent it back on May 3th 2023 and it had arrived in China on May 12th 2023.
They had refunded me a little amount and They have returned me the product five months later which was labelled REFUSED. I had paid 88.75$ either more than twice the price the product just for returning it at my fees! And it is like they did not kept it!
I had thought the issue was solved and I had deleted my account when they had received it.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
