It is very good overall. It is easy to find products and to make the selection. The parcels arrive fairly fast. So far what I have purchased has been good to very good. These green Qi-Feng hiking boots are very comfortable and very good to walk in. The blue wind sports YC bike riding gloves are also very good. They work well with light yarn gloves inside up to - 2 C. The Pearl izumi bike riding glove fit really well. The ice silk Rockbros mask is very light, folds up small & fits really well under my bike helmet. However the prints of these lions shirts with the lion face on the side are often shifted and one eye is not properly printed as it is shown on the web page. Perhaps this might be a problem with the M shirts and not with the L shirts. This hooded jacket with the bison print on it, is very nice and it fits very well but the arms are too thin for wearing a sweater under it, only turtle necks and long-sleeved shirts which works as well but only for warmer fall weather and not for early winter weather. All sizes are made to fit smaller people. NA made clothes, the sizes are larger. This works well for me since I am smaller.

I ordered a dress from the company and it was absolutely nothing like the dress pictured. Material, style, everything was wrong. I've included pics of what I received, and what the dress was supposed to be. Such a joke they even sent it to me. I returned the item, was told I would have a store credit minus the shipping and a partial store credit. After going back and forth they finally agreed to refund me the full amount of $44.83. The process got even crazier. I would receive a store credit, and then would have to withdraw the credit to go to my credit card. I did all of that and on October 5th I requested the refund to my credit card. Since then, nothing has been done. It still says pending on the withdrawal after almost 20 days.

Linen skull on arm shirt was a true hit at a recent event and fit great on my Man. Pullover shirts were a little small on him but kept for another family member due to happiness with the product. I was initially hesitant to order from LightInTheBox and tried with low value items. However my experience with their customer service team and the product quality had been great.
I was worried about returns, however their customer support team is very responsive and resolves the issues to satisfaction.
The product prices are much cheaper compared to other websites. The shipping process takes little longer because most of the products come from overseas... but I love the website and experience I had.

For the most part everything has been good. But when it comes to how things fit i have learned to order one size larger. The fishing lures were actually very good. Kitchen goods were OK. There are some decent items here

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
