It was quite easy to order the products and the descriptions were good. The complete process from the ordering over the payment to the delivery was clear and transparent. Only the delivery took a little bit log, because the national supplier did not inform me about the delivery attempt und did not leave a note about it. This is the reason of the four stars instead of five. Because of the tracking from LightInTheBox I saw, that i could fetch my products from the supplier's station. I like to shop at LightInTheBox!
I really am pleased with my first purchases. I bought 5 sweaters and couldn't be happier. They fit well, and seem to be of quality thread. They are so soft! I hope my future purchases will be as great as this one.
I order two dresses one was to small the other the material is very cheap it doesn't look like the picture. I order a shoe it's way to small I order an eleven I got a nine so here I am stuck with three items that's no use to me

I don't usually shop on line but I have found light in the box a very efficient way to find things at a very good price. The post speed is very acceptable. I like that you can read other buyers comments to check the quality of items and get advice on sizing.
I order many things for me,for my wife,children everything arriwed ok,i like all,some maybe not real with the measures for us în eu i didnt sent back and i receive rewards from the site... but per totally it's everything ok.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
