It was easy to order items from them. Some items do not look tike the picture. The quality and prices are good. The shower caps were small baby size. Some clothes run small. Prices are good over all.
One light worked great. The other one only half the LEDs worked (you can't replace the bulbs). When I inquired about a replacement, the offered me 40% of the purchase price. REALLY?!?! I pay over 200, you give me back about 100 but I still need a new light?!?!?
It's mostly good but sometimes things get broken in shipping and also things are very small.an xl in pants is only a small or medium in earnest. Other things are delightful however.also very hard to use coupons
Shopping experience was easy. The items arrived at a reasonable time. The cloths are unique and very nice. One suggestion is LightInTheBox should push their suppliers to have better quality control especially when it comes to sizing cloths for North American market.
I was referred to Light in the box by my brother. After being ripped off on so many websites, this site has so many products to choose from in any area that is of interest to me or my family. The tracking part of the app has also made shopping with them so much safer
Usually winter wear shoes are bulky and difficult to walk in.
These winter boots are light but warm.

This is just fraud from a company that first refused to answer my emails then only did a delay on trying to waste enough of my time so they could get away with stealing the customers money. This product was falsely advertised. Then they refused to return my money. They have no customer service. And I have spent 2.5 months trying to receive a refund and to return their product. They are the worst company I have ever purchase a product from.

I ordered a dress for a wedding guest. It did not look at all like the picture on the site. I tired to return it but was told via their site all sizes are made to that size making it a custom fit which can not be returned. I will not be buying anything else from "Light in the box"

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
