If I could rate below 0 I would! This is a horrible site whose sole purpose is to steal your money. The dresses look cheap and of poor quality and if you want to return your dress they will find a way to scam you. They say it's like 20-40$ to return to their china headquarters but really its more like $80, but the material is so ugly that it is not worth keeping. These are international scammers BEWARE!

The items I received were not as pictured on website. When I contacted them to initiate a return they were
very unhelpful and would not provide a return label. It cost me $80 to send the items back to China and I was still denied a refund. This website is probably fine to deal with UNLESS you need to return anything. No refunds offered! Misleading information! Stay away!

I use company service for multiple years, I kept record on 48 orders from year 2020 and all orders where executed correctly, all goods where matching description, no manufacturing defects or other problems. Postage costs where reasonable, no customs issues or bad packing. So my conclusion is positive and I may recommend LightInThe box service.

Found a product I wanted after initial purchase the same day and was subsequently given free shipping on the second. Delivery was fairly prompt.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
