I would recommend this site to everyone

I would recommend this site to everyone. So far my experience has been an absolute positive. I was a bit skeptical at first due to items being so cheap, therefore I excepted items to be less than perfect then what the images and discriptions of the articles describes, but I was honestly amazed and very satisfied. Shipping cost is average but delivery to Australia was within the timeframe explained.

I fell in love with this dress and am hard to fit. On the picture it looks like a light gray shell under the lace and it is bright white and looks like a bra. The dress fit perfectly (custom) but the length is wrong and was measured properly and is well above me ankles. I registered my complaint and they told me that they will not take it back. Pictures show that measured correctly and how short the dress is. I will not order from them again. I have other dresses that are in route that are standard sizes and I hope that I do not have a problem returning them...

I purchased close to $200 of clothing. Ordered according to their size chart (nothing fit). I asked for an exchange and provided sizes. I have to take pictures of the garments, measure myself and send the pictures and measurements to them. All of this just for an exchange! I guess for a refund they want blood. Don't buy from them!

They are con artists

I made a purchase from lightinthebox and was promised 2-3 days delivery, 30 days later! Still no product... i contacted customer care! No reply. They use a ticket system as stalling tactic hoping you get fed up. Their refund policy says you can only apply for a refund within 24 hrs of payment! Tactic again because in most cases you wouldnt know you have a problem in 24 hrs!

I have a lot to say about this company. Ordered dresses from them, they came completely different. They told me to pay the shipping fee which was R1559. 58 to send it back and then I don't have to wait 2 to 8 weeks I can send through a pic as proof that I've sent the stuff back. I spoke to Rebecca and she said once I do this I'll be refunded. Now they don't want to pay me for a mistake they made that cost me my whole business and clients trust. I spoke to Vanessa who doesn't check the proof I've sent her and the fact that I took screenshots from their site to prove we had an agreement. I've had to use money I don't have to send back stuff that was a quality issue so they responsible for shipping. I've had enough nw, with over 20 tickets logged I speak to different people all the time and they said they were sending it to financial dept and would get back to me. Rubbish, all delay tactics. I want my money back and I'm not waiting 8 weeks

Lightinthebox.com so called 'responded to my complaint on your site?! They wrote a reply but I cannot access the customer service. They DO NOT return my request for a new password... Although I HAD a password! There is no access to respond to their latest answer from SiteJabber. Something needs to be done to this site.

THE BEST SITE ON THE WEB!

This website not only delivers as promised but their prices are amazing and their products are wonderful!

They are situated in China (I'm in Canada) and they charge me in Canadian funds (no shipping charges) and they deliver to my door within two weeks!

I do not have enough good things to say about this site!

I am completely satisfied with my orders from Light in the Box! From purchase to delivery the experience has been amazing! The customer service is exemplary! I will continue to be a customer for many years!
The only word of caution is to research your sizes as Asian people are of different stature to Canadian people.

Joyful shopping

I was worried at first before shopping, whether the product you will buy will come or not, whether my money will be wasted, but the site is so high quality that the product I bought arrived without any problems. It comes a little late in the country, but it's worth it.

I ordered some products from this company. Both were too small. One of them was a wrap around skirt, one size fits all. It barely would have wrapped around a leg. I am not large, a size six in fact so clearly this would not fit everyone. Their return policy is ridiculous. You have to send them a picture of what the problem is. So I was suppose to send a selfie of me with this skirt covering half on my lower body. The other product a blouse was also too small. I could barely get it over my head. I certainly do not want to send pictures of myself China either. Not a good idea for privacy purposes.

Light in the box site is fraud site where they didnt mention there customer service number or any email or any contact details where customer can log there complains.
We had order no ************** order date 25 June 17 got cancelled due to unavailability of stock. And after 10 to 12 days also money didnt get refunded. We are going to wait till more 10 days and logging case in cyber crime. Kindly contact *******154 for more details.

They got the order wrong

They got the order wrong. The size 5 shoes did not fit. They were too small. They gave me two tops the wrong colour. There is nothing worth keeping. I paid a tonne of money and also about £25 DHL tax fees that were not mentioned my end. It really was a complete waste of time and money and the quality of items poor. It is not worth me sending the items back.

This is a scamming company and sends you knock offs made and sent from China. The product I got was nothing like the picture or the description and has a fake logo on it. It took forever to get here and then it was a total joke. Don't waste your money.

Refund Policy

First time Buyer from this company and the shirts literally do not match with what is shown on their website. Colors and fabric do not match to the pictures online. I tried to return my items and I have to ship them back to Jiaxing,China to a person/company named TianGuiChuan. I received the Order from New Jersey. This is a rip off. Why can't I just send this pack to their Warehouse in New Jersey? Buyer Beware!

Should be negative 10. Ordered two dress for wedding they were late. One dress was ok after I had it altered the other dress is horrible. The worst is I was cured a huge custom charge about 3 weeks after I got the dresses. So I actually paid for the dresses 4 times. And they were not worth the price of one dress. I could have bought a better dress at Walmart. Beware!

I ordered an Ivory wedding dress and received White. I have been having a very hard time with getting what I actually ordered or my money back. Customer service wants to give me only a percent of what I paid for the dress. The dress did not have any size tags on it and is not to the size of their chart, I ordered a size 12 which was supposed to be a 38" bust line, I wear a 36" bra and I could not get the dress zipped up. L will be disputing this sale via my credit card. Now I need to find a dress in time for my wedding. Very Unhappy Customer!

Always a positive experience

I was contacted and told they may not be able to fill my order. I was told if I didn't want to wait they would refund my money now or I could wait and see if they got their shipment in. They also offered 20% off of my bill for the inconcvenience either way. The following week I received a notice that they had my items and had shipped them. I'm very impressed they kept me in the loop when they realized they may not be able to fulfill my order. Other companies wait for you to contact them to see where your order is then they start working on it. If it's something you needed you've lost a lot of time waiting for an order they know isn't coming.

There have been other occasions when I was contacted about my orders and given updates
They seem to value their customers.

I placed 2 orders because I forgot to order the shirt when I ordered. Both orders came in a timely manner. People are always asking where I get my cute clothes because we don't have a lot of clothing stores anymoee and the ones we do have are expensive. I have purchased dresses, tops, sweaters, bokmarks, etc. and have been pleased with every item. I stick with the sizing chart and everything fits. I've never had ro send anything back. This is a reputable company and I will contine shopping on this site.
