Stay clear! Wish.ca/ wish.com is Hong Kong origin, steeped in false advertising. Their photos do not represent the actual CHEAP Cracker Jack kiddie toy items you receive! Lesson learned! Shame!
Lightinthebox.com so called 'responded to my complaint on your site?! They wrote a reply but I cannot access the customer service. They DO NOT return my request for a new password... Although I HAD a password! There is no access to respond to their latest answer from SiteJabber. Something needs to be done to this site.
Tip for consumers:
This company has taken my money and I have no chandelier. It is shattered and contrary to the supervisor Fabio's pseudo response to help, nothing has transpired. Any avenues I can exploit to unearth these crooks, I will use. I am left with a chandelier in pieces, over 700.00 in fees to ship, and this company has fallen off the face of the earth. Thieves and liars.
