I ordered face masks on April 5th, paid extra for fast DHL delivery, and "insurance". Not only the package has not been delivered but the initial DHL tracking showed "returned to shipper", after which they provided a fake tracking ID from supposedly Netherlands Post Office (for a delivery from China to Canada!?!), just so they don't have to issue a refund. I wrote to them on April 28th and requested the order be canceled and a refund. Since then they haven't replied to a single of my messages to customer service. They just pretend the problem doesn't exist, so they don't pay a refund.

Still waiting on the rest of my order.My order was placed on 12/21/22 the sneakers were out of stock and I was notified that my 22.99 would be returned back on my credit card but its not and I'm still waiting for my sweat pants set...its still processing. I don't know if I will eave make another order, I'm really not sure.
I ordered 2 dresses and 1fit very well and is very nice. The other is a bit small and the material is very thin and the picture makes it look much better than it really is. I wanted to return it for a different size at least but they make it very, very difficult to do plus you have to pay exorbitant amounts for shipping, which they don't cover. Will not buy from them again.
I have ordered from Light in the Box many times without any trouble. This last time THEY sent me the WRONG top. Then it is very hard to get through to them. They have only a few options, a return, or discounted "coupons" or whatever they call them, where they only give you part of your money. Knowing I'm from Canada, they knew I didn't like what they sent but still did not want to pay to ship it back to them. It's a RIP off, especially when it's their FAULT.

I understand the clothes are shipped from China and the return shipping is on me. However, the language used when trying to initiate a return is not appreciated. It is clear that this company tries diligently to discourage a customer from returning items. The wording included phrases such as the return could take 6 or more weeks to be received, company could not guarantee it wouldn't get lost in transit, and it could cost me $10-$40 to ship back. I was offered a small discount (5-10%) of the entire order (2 items) if I would keep the items. My total order was about $75 and doing the math it wasn't worth my time or effort to send back the items. I will donate them, and I will not shop this site again.
Several of the orderes that I made in that past were very disappointing. The articles were completely different from what I saw in the description. Especially it was about the products described as "made of cotton" that were not even 1% of cotton! That was a simply lie. I checked on the product later and the lie was still not corrected, despite my immediate review for warning others. That's dishonesty!
I received the t-shirt one day and requested a return the same day. It was made out of a weird slinky material and the lettering was blurry. At first I got the run-around. Then they said they couldn't send me a return label but if I would pay $15-$40 to return the $16 shirt, they would reimburse me. Yeah, right! They then said for me to keep it and they would give me some low percentage discount. This company is a scam because you cannot return shoddy product. Buyer beware!

Yet again problems with this "online shop".
I ordered two different orders, paid for with credit card and the payments both cleared (ordered 25 & 30 december and paid for) but still they have not sent my items yet. So that means that when you order something, it will not be sent for another week, eventhough you have paid.
I contacted them and was told that both orders should be sent on the 8th. If not, I should contact them again.
Let me give you all an advice... stay away from this shop. Every order, I had to contact them for one reason or the other. They are NOT worth it. Do avoid.

While I was happy with the items I received, I was very disappointed that the arrival date kept changing. It changed 3 times. Each time it was several days to a week later. Luckily they weren't Christmas gifts, as they arrived well after that date.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment.
