I've purchased multiple times from Light in the Box. I've got some crazy good deals on bicycle jerseys. I just made another order yesterday. On the rare occasion there was a problem they came up with a fair solution. I highly recommend using this company.
I have ordered several items from Litb and they all up to standard. I'm very pleased with the quality
I purchased two-bathroom water faucets for my home and found they could not be connected because there was not adequate room for the additional hose feature for rinsing the sink after use, that attached beneath the sink. They would not accept a return. The package was in the original condition, but their returns policy is not to accept returns for these types of products. This is a Singapore based company that is not up to the standards of American return policies. I would not do business with the company again because of their aggressive unfriendly return policy for the consumer.

2311272376502103 Ord#.As soon as I opened the plastic bag. The smell was very strong. I loved the sweater, however the smell was intense. The sweater clearly smells like mildew. Several gentle washes / low heat / fabric softener & cold car for 3 days has helped a little. Sweater is pretty but smells bad.
Another sweater is too thin, does not look like the online photo. How do we resolve these 2 concerns?

I ordered a blue women top and it was my usual regular size that I wear but this top was so long, it went down to my knees. I was promised a refund but have not received it yet. 😕 I don't know how they gave me the refund and if they did but I keep checking my credit card and my account but can't find the refund. I purchased a hooded vest in the size I normally wear…large. When it came, it was considerably too small. You asked me to return it by way of the United States post office, and I complied and sent it via the USPO. The USPO said the returned merchandise was received successfully by you.
It took a long time to receive the first vest, and I have yet to hear from you concerning the returned item or whether You're going to actually exchange it or refund the money,

The clothes took a very long time to get here. Probably the time of year was a part of it, but, I wasn't happy, none the less. There was only one piece of clothing that fit. The sizing is very inconsistent. The quality was very poor as well. I will NEVER order from your company again! I feel it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Products bought at two different first times were good quality and service to get to me in Canada was just excellent.
Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
