I bought a few small items in total around 20 Euro. The items are in the stock and they promised immediate shipping. I was hoping to get them in a few days. The problem is that they shipped the items from China and I couldn't find this information upfront until I made the order. That might be my fault.
The items were shipped. I waited for a month to receive them! No shipping tracking information was available. I paid 21 Euro custom tax extra (Netherlands) when I received the order. I also see the same items on eBay, at least four times cheaper.
It's a useless site, go buy it from eBay if you really want any item.
I recently ordered a couple of shirts for family members as Christmas gifts. The order took almost 3 weeks to arrive and then the shirts are majorly undersized. They could be returned, but it took so long to receive them, how much longer would it take to receive a replacement?! Major disappointment!
I'm addicted to LightInTheBox, and highly recommend them! Their dresses look really good on me. I go on their site everyday to look around, because they always have different sales, and tons of different clothes that look great, but are relatively cheap. I recently ordered 4 dresses/shoes, totaling $50, and it arrived to the USA from China in about 1.5 weeks, even though I opted for the free 'Super Saver Shipping' method, that's fast!
Bought from them two months ago and the order hasn't arrived, there is no information about the package so I tried to speak with them, after ALOT of work trying to contact them they told me to wait 10 more days and if it won't arrive till then they'll take full responsibility,
Guess what?. It's been more then two weeks since then and they don't even respond to my massages!
Needless to say I won't ever buy there again, don't do the same as my mistake!
I buy a lot from AliExpress, Amazon and eBay, can't even compare customer service...
I cancelled an order within 30 minutes of placing it. I received a response offering a discount. I refused the discount, requested the refund. No response. Every day since I have asked for them to respond to me and arrange my refund. No response. Completely ghosted, no refund of over £150. Avoid like the plague!

I order 10 flask from lightin box. The prices were totally amazing. Very cheap, but the flask look as if I pay 20-30 dollars for it. The shipment was on time. The seller answer any questions that I had in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone!
Be aware that product descriptions are deceiving. I ordered a shirt and I was underwhelmed when I noticed the quality. What seem to be decoration stitched to the shirt in the website, it is actually a print on the fabric. The print was completely blurry and of bad quality. The stitching in the seams was poorly done, and the fabric made my skin itch. I tried to return it and I was told I needed to pay for the shipping back to them, and I only could get 30% back. It is not a way to conduct business anywhere if they care for satisfied customers.

I've had really good experiences shopping LITB. The products have been mostly good quality and the only issue I've had was clothing that didn't fit. Even then customer service handles it very quickly and processes refunds in a flash. The prices are very competitive as well. Two thumbs up.
This company's policies on refund is messed up you do not get a refund you get another credit to buy something else. My second and last order with this company made it all the way to the United States and then suddenly is going back to China no explanation to me and I never saw the package address was correct. Yet this company tells me I need to send another $12 PayPal only to have my package sent to me again. I don't have a PayPal account I don't want one. I asked for a credit on the same credit card they use to buy the package they said they can only credit me so that I order something else from them. Why would I order anything else when this order didn't make it to my front door. Crooked company, impossible to get a refund from.

I was looking for some new modules for my Arduino projects.
I found a lot of devices on LightInTheBox.
Everything was delivered in time, the prices are very attractive, all is fully functioning and of good quality.
This is just the beginning. I'm taking this viral. I have never experienced anything like this. I blame myself a little for not reading the reviews 1st. I placed my order on Nov. 21. Order status states is shipped on Nov. 25. By mid December I contacted them to find out where my package is. The order # is **************. They assured me I would receive it by 1/1/19. Well here we are at 1/5/2019 and nothing. I opened a ticket and now they tell me... get this... they want me to wait 3 more months! What? I'm so done we need a new word for done. This is unbelievable to me. I have ordered many items from overseas and never had anything remotely like this happen. They constantly ask you to be patient. I'm at my limit. I asked for a refund. They had no problem taking my money when I placed this order. DO NOT EVER, EVER, EVER order from this site.

I can order something pretty much anywhere and pay less shipping for heavier products and get it faster than 13-15 days. Your shipping cost are toi high.
Then even though i went by your size charts the shirts were all 2 sizes too small. At the rate of your shipping cost you should cover the cost to return the items for the correct sizes. So when i went to ship them back, guess what? My cost was half of what you charged me to ship. So i would rather give the shirts to someone rather than keep dealing with you

Poor quality garment and poor refund option!
My wife ordered an item of clothing in a size 14 and when it arrived it was even too small for my daughter, who's a size 10.
The quality was very poor and the overall finish looked very cheap.
I contacted the company and then realised the item had come from China, so returning it was cost prohibitive for me.
In the end we were offered only 10% of the value of the item as a refund and told "we could pass it onto another member of the family"
The item went into the bin!
Use this company at your peril.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of kids runners in april and still have not recently them today july. Several other packets have arrived which were ordered after this and all were from China. My daughter's is now 2 sizes bigger and I have contacted them 8 times and each time received the same message back. "Due to covid they are stuck in the mail. " they will not refund me or anything. According to the tracking they are still in china where they were 4 days after I ordered them. Buyers beware. This is a very poorly managed company. Will take your money and run.

I bought two dresses but contacted on Facebook before I bought them and she guaranteed they were hand embroidered. They were not. They told me they would return my money and I gave them all the information several times. They kept telling me the bank does not exist. This has been going on for six months! I would recommend this site to everyone. So far my experience has been an absolute positive. I was a bit skeptical at first due to items being so cheap, therefore I excepted items to be less than perfect then what the images and discriptions of the articles describes, but I was honestly amazed and very satisfied. Shipping cost is average but delivery to Australia was within the timeframe explained.
I fell in love with this dress and am hard to fit. On the picture it looks like a light gray shell under the lace and it is bright white and looks like a bra. The dress fit perfectly (custom) but the length is wrong and was measured properly and is well above me ankles. I registered my complaint and they told me that they will not take it back. Pictures show that measured correctly and how short the dress is. I will not order from them again. I have other dresses that are in route that are standard sizes and I hope that I do not have a problem returning them...

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
