Their customer service was excellent! I was able to get on chat and talk to someone within 30seconds at 10am on a Sunday. I was having troubling returning an exchange (sizing wasn't working) and they ended up letting me keep the pants as a courtesy and refunding the full amount. Hands down the best service I have ever had (even the initial exchange process was intuitive and easy!).
Had a cart all picked out and ready, they said their sale ended at 12pm the next day. Woke up and my cart was 75 dollars more. Customer service said they would price match if I could provide a SCREENSHOT. They don't even know what their prices are at Levi's
Ordered e gift card for 3/31. I did the order on 3/29. When I did not hear that the individual I purchased it for got it, I contacted Levi customer service. Oh they couldn't tell me what happened, but referred it to Corporate! Right a stall tactic. Days went buy and I kept asking for a refund, since I got an email saying it was delivered, and an email providing a confirmation number. Nope-no card. So here it is 4/5,23 and I called their Customer Service number.After a very heated conversation with someone I could barely understand, I had to threaten sending to our attorney since I wasn't getting a refund.
I got an email saying it was processing. So I asked how can I use the gift card? It says in the email it can be used in store and online. Well it was only an email with a card number and amount. I asked how cn I use this in store? Customer Service says, oh you can only use it on line. There was no way I could use it at all! Finally after a 30 minute heated conversation with the same CS rep, they tell me they will send refund in 7-1o days.Well ir still hasn't shown up in my bank account. Waiting...

After the second time wearing the Skinny Taper Fit Men's Jeans, Color: Mineral Tones, Flex STYLE: **************, the rear pocket seam started separating making them unwearable. The material used is incredibly thin, so I am not surprised that it failed so suddenly.
Amazing quality jeans, well worth the price. At first it takes some getting used to but after some wearing they become very comfortable and great every day jeans!
Crazy about new Ribcage model. It is ideal for petite ladies like me. The waistline is not actually too big. Plus the customer benefit program in Russia is awesome, so many extra discounts!

Levi is the worst online service would not recommend ordering anything from them no communication after a product being backed order but made sure to take a payment with not confirmation email nor that the idem was back ordered I would NEVER order anything from here or recommend anyone to order anything from this unorganized company
The last three pair of Levi's that I bought ripped along the back pocket in the same place. They fit fine it's just when I bend over and I'm they rip in the same place.
Bought a pair of Levi's a month ago and wore them twice. Already tearing out at the top of the back pockets. Very comfortable but not very tough anymore.
I joined the red tag to get 20% off. Yeah right! Took 3 calls to get a code. The 3rd the person answering calls for LEVI'S... told me to email LEVI'S... BUT DIDN'T EVEN KNOW LEVI'S EMAIL... told me to look it up! COME ON! What a company!
Great variety of clothes to choose from, all the different sizes and fits mean I can find just the right pair. The prices aren't super great, but the quality is worth it.
In Levi DFO Brisbane I was served by Cam who was so professional, helpful, polite and cheerful that I would recommend anyone to shop there to be served by him he went over the extra mile to help
I've ordered online and for some reason, the website refuses all my payments. I've tried with Paypal and with 5 different credit cards from different banks. I couldn't even get past the credit card processing part (hence, banks did not refuse the transactions). I emailed customer service to hope to understand why.
Unfortunately Donneca was the one that responded to my inquiry. She was rude and unhelpful. She responded entirely differently to what I was asking, and her only solution was to contact my bank since that was "what the system advised to do". What is the point of Levi's customer service then?
I am SO appalled I had to create an account just so that I can post this feedback here. There was also another negative feedback on Donneca, I really hope Levis will do something about this terrible service.

I finally managed to get the payment through, but infuriatingly, it was canceled hours later. Contacted Levi's via live chat. The service agent too tried to blame it on my bank. I called my bank on the spot and was told that the payment was reversed by the merchant. Ridiculous that Levi's employees are unable to do a single thing about this.
All my tshirts i buy from. Macys or jcpenny. Collars need more fabric or so. Ething so they wont lookworn out or strecthed out. I hate it. I wash them put softener but the collar wsys loose. Im 5 1ft. I weigh 152. My stomach is not the problem. Or my neck. Its the collar. All around. Levi still expensive. But love the jeans

After 13-14 Days of return, From Levi's Customer Care side, no REFUND.

I bought 2 pairs of pants here for my dad, but had to cancel the order because I wanted to add another pair. I had to call in to cancel, wanted to re-buy the pants online, but for the discount I guess I had to do that over the phone. The lady over the phone proceeded to take my order, asking me, "Is it the 20% or 30% discount?". I try to be honest as much as possible, so I said "20%", but MAYBE don't let me know 30% is available when you're only giving me 20%?
A week later, the order arrives, & we received 2 pairs of pants. I email them to let them know we ordered 3 pairs, & that this whole situation is just really unfortunate because my parents are leaving the country "on the 23rd" & won't be back for months. They send me an email letting me know that they're shipping the pants overnight. It should ship out on the 23rd & we're to receive it on the 24th. Should ship out on the 23rd. When I just said that my parents leave on the 23rd. I email them, saying, "I appreciate the effort, but they leave on the night of the 23rd. Thanks anyway." They reply, "You are very welcome! We are glad we were able to assist."
Dense? Negligent? Incompetent? I don't even know. I can only guess that $100 worth of stuff isn't a decent amount to spend at that site. Maybe you need to meet a minimum, in order for them to truly value you as a customer.

Answer: I chose to get my face mask by Levi's because it's a legit company & they aren't that expensive.the colors are neutral and bandana print. Comes in small and large size.
