I got this deal on Groupon for my husband. He was skeptical but he absolutely loves the lenses! It did take 3 weeks from mail to getting them back but you can track the process. The packaging and case were fantastic.
I had an old pair of frames that had scratched up lenses and I wanted to update them with a new prescription. I've worn glasses most of my life and hate that I end up trashing the frames that tend to be some of the most expensive parts of my glasses! This was super easy to use, and the guide for figuring out my pupil distance was easy to follow. Will definitely use again. Received a new case with glasses cleaner solution and cloth. All within a more-than-acceptable amount of time.

No one answers e mails or phone, they gave me wrong rx and i sent my glasses in with 200$ case they returned my glasses with a crappy white case with their logo. Ive been asking for my case back for 3 weeks and a refund no on replies and there is no phone number. You cant blame crappy customer service on covid.

This customer service person (Jayme) deserves a raise! The shipping was a bit messed up BUT not because of Lensabl... it was USPS that was mixed up... but also because of these crazy times (Coronavirus). I would recommend this company to everyone and if you were lucky enough to have the same customer service representative as I did with you in the best hands probably in the industry. I have to admit that I've been a pushy -impatient and hard to please customer at times... but Lensabl has went ABOVE AND BEYOND the normal call of duty PLUS SOME! You will be happy and satisfied if you use this company. Take it from me hard to please Customer that's very very pleased!
I purchased prescription sunglass lenses and decided to pay the premium for the polarization option.
If you choose non-polarized lenses you get to choose the darkness level of the lenses. With the polarized option you don't.
When you choose the polarization option, it doesn't state anywhere during the checkout process that the polarized lenses are not as dark as the non-polarized option (tinted lenses)
The polarized lens tints come stock and they cannot make them any darker.
So I am stuck with some sunglasses that just aren't that dark. I can even look at myself in the mirror and see my eyes through the lenses.
Lensable did offer to re-do my order and use tinted lenses instead of the polarized ones - but I would have to pay 70% of the cost.
So the first time I paid $227. They offered to re-do them for another $120.
I decided not to take them up on the offer as I don't want two pairs of sunglasses (one that I'm not happy with) that cost me almost $350
Lensabl did fine on the actual lenses. I just wish I had all the information up-front before making a purchase. Lensabl: Add more information to your website during the checkout process.
Everything was great. Excellent seamless service. My only gripe would be, my transition lenses don't get as dark as I had expected. But really clear and clean lenses overall
I've been wearing progressive lens for years but the last couple of pairs that I purchased at the local eye stores just didn't seem to work right and I wasn't comfortable wearing them. Consequently, I rarely wore them. Instead, I wore my single vision glasses which required me to take them off every time I wanted to see something up close. I took a chance on this online company after purchasing a Groupon. I liked the idea that I could use one of my old frames that I loved but the prescription was no longer strong enough. When my glasses arrived, I was amazed at how much better and comfortable the lens were. My single vision glasses are now back in the drawer. The staff at Lensabl did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
I first used Lensabl when I purchased my Bose Audioglasses. On that order they did a great job. The order was done in a reasonable time frame. I decided to make another purchase for the Spectacles frames. I placed this order on May 7,2020. As of June 18th, 2020, I still have not received my order. I have an online account which shows the order "arrived at lab working on it". I contacted the customer service online chat and after a few back and forth discussions, was provided a "shipping tracking number". The tracking number shows a pre shipment on June 10th, and in my last discussion told this to the representative. The Lensabl site still does not even show this tracking number on my account. I was told on my last email that the item has shipped. This is an issue to me as I feel like I am receiving inconsistent info, and I still have not received my glasses. I really would like my glasses, and at this point I feel disappointed
Since my last review someone did reach out to me and I provided a reply. As of yet I still have not been provided an updated status of my order.
I was very impressed by the result. I thought i was going to get dissapointed but i was very wrong. Quality to the glass on the glasses is very rich and strong. The tint i received gets complimented alot on. I would order from here again! 10 out of 10.
I want to use Lensabl again but want reassurance my initial experience won't be repeated.
Not confident that the correct prescription would have been used. I initially input the wrong one and tried to update it on the website, but it didn't seem to update. Verbally speaking to Jayme, she kept calling my prescription a "reader" Rx, but in fact it was for computer glasses.
There were several iterations with Jayme, taking about 24 hours each... she says that is the standard level of service (24 hour turnaround). I say you need to increase your level of service to something like 4 hour turnaround, especially since it is difficult to update a current order on the website.
Also, suggest you add "computer glasses" to your "reader" and "distance" choices. To me "computer glasses" don't fall in either case, so I chose "reader" because I look at it as reading the computer screen. But in fact they aren't readers.

As many others have written here, I found Lebsabl after a particularly bad experience with chain, vision-wear vendors (Visionworks, in this case). I had an old frame I loved that no one wanted to put new lenses in ("we can't guarantee they won't get broken in the process") but Lebsabl replaced them without any issues and the new lenses are quality/accurate. I will definitely be recommending Lensabl to my glasses-wearing friends and family I'm the future.
This was my second visit to Lensabl. If ever there is a snafu on the order, they work hard to get it right. Will use again!
Had an old prescription in expensive frames. This was a cost effective way to use them. The whole process was seamless. Probably due to COVID it took longer than the two weeks expected. Glasses received in great condition with old lenses sent back as well. Very pleased.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
