It started out well enough with Bose recommending Lensabi for prescription lense for my Tempo frames which are great for working outside and in the office. I steep through the ordering process but never seemed to save correctly until my 6th try which was frustrating, to say the least. I order my lenses with a medium blue tint as I work in my vineyard at the weekends. Upon payment, a popup appears saying do you wish to pay with Amazon ( I should have said no but did so anyway) making tracking the order frustrating. Anyway asked support to send me a shipping form label and included glasses in their original Bose case. Over Two weeks later I received the lenses with NO tint, no BOSE box, and instead of a flimsy branded case that cannot store the glasses safely. Very bad experience - I am hoping that customer service saves the day and their reputation.

Slow and not accurate

I sent my glasses to be fitted with new lenses the first week of January, but it took almost 3 weeks to receive them back, and only after I reached out to find out the status.
When I did receive my glasses they were packaged excellently, but the prescription doesn't seem right. I'm giving them another 2 weeks of wear, but compared to another pair of glasses, I believe they didn't get my prescription correct.

Quick Easy Practical

I've never purchased lenses online before so I did some research and came across lensabl. The instructions were very easy and straightforward, the prices were very competitive, plus it was very convenient, so I sent my frames in and in less than two weeks, viola! Love it!

Cannot see out of the lenses

The process took a long time to be done. Maybe I am unaware of how long these things take. But it took a long time. Glasses came back and were not damaged- but I cannot see out of them. Total waste of money for me.

Worth the wait!

I placed my order and waited for a while, then contacted the company because the order status still said "expecting to ship in 6 days." Customer service explained that the glasses had been finished but failed a quality control test so they were being redone. They arrived today and they're just perfect! Definitely worth the wait and would have given 5 stars if I had gotten a status update without having to contact them for details.

Terrible - will not use again

It has been 40 days since my prescription sunglasses were received by the Lensabl lab. At day 18, having checked the status of this order for replacement lenses on the Lensabl website, I saw that the status of production had not moved for many days. I emailed the customer service team to ask what was going on. I was only then informed that my lenses were broken by the lab. This was surprising, considering these sunglasses frames are designed for easy lens replacement, as well as the fact I had to contact Lensabl to find this out. I provided a link to replacement lenses for the same model, and was informed that Lensabl would order these free of charge. Over 20 days later, I have still not received this order, and my attempt to contact customer service via email has gone unanswered for 5 days. I could have ordered a completely new pair of these frames with new prescription lenses and received them weeks ago at this point, for not all that much more money. I now regret doing business with this company, as I am out $177 and a previously good pair of prescription sunglasses.

Bose Tempo Lens do not fit

I ordered a pair for Bose Tempo Lens because Lensabl is the preferred dealer, but when they arrived they were over 1mm out of spec and did not fit in the frame. Very disappointing and now I have to deal with returning them.

Hi,

I'm a little disappointed in the lenses I received. Mainly the right and left seem to be different. On my right side I see more red/warm colors and the left side does not do that. Subsequently the glasses are unpleasant to wear. Especially when I look at a computer screen. My right side is warm when the left isn't. I took a picture of the lenses and you could see they're different colored lenses -- attached. I would love the same glasses without the sun shade prescription -- just regular prescription -- if this is going to be the case.

Bose glasses

I'm very pleased with my purchase. I didn't get the box insert to hold my extra lenses. The extra lenses were just placed in the boxes lose. I will contact your company to get the insert. This is necessary to prevent scratches when the extra lenses are in use. I think it was accidentally left out by mistake

Simple and easy. I like updating lenses in my existing frames because I don't want to shop, try-on, send back frames when I have some that I already like. Arrived in the mail in perfect condition and they are perfect and seem high quality. My only wish was that turnaround was faster.
