It has been 40 days since my prescription sunglasses were received by the Lensabl lab. At day 18, having checked the status of this order for replacement lenses on the Lensabl website, I saw that the status of production had not moved for many days. I emailed the customer service team to ask what was going on. I was only then informed that my lenses were broken by the lab. This was surprising, considering these sunglasses frames are designed for easy lens replacement, as well as the fact I had to contact Lensabl to find this out. I provided a link to replacement lenses for the same model, and was informed that Lensabl would order these free of charge. Over 20 days later, I have still not received this order, and my attempt to contact customer service via email has gone unanswered for 5 days. I could have ordered a completely new pair of these frames with new prescription lenses and received them weeks ago at this point, for not all that much more money. I now regret doing business with this company, as I am out $177 and a previously good pair of prescription sunglasses.
