The website says that satisfaction is guaranteed, but it is unclear how that applies to RGP lenses. I spoke to someone on the phone and he didn't seem to understand that RGP lenses don't come in boxes so they cannot be returned in their "original box." The lenses were delivered quickly... but I have found the strength to be higher powered than the same-prescription lenses that I got from my optometrist (for a much higher price). Someone's calibration is not quite right. I understand that we are talking about fractions of millimeters for higher powered RGP lenses --- but the difference is notable. Because the RGP lenses from Lens.com are stronger than I'm used to (even though the prescription is EXACTLY the same!), the lenses from Lens.com have made my near vision much worse -- which affects my daily living in a negative way. Price at Lens.com = great. Speed of delivery = great. Accuracy of prescription =? Seems to be different than what I got through optometrist.

I ordered two left lenses with the correct prescription, but received two right lenses. Customer service corrected and awaiting the correct order.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
