I got the wrong lenses due to the wrong prescription and I had to send my contact lenses back and still have not received my refund
Ordered 2 sets of contacts beginning of last month. Received notice they had shipped less than a week later. After 2 weeks they hadn't arrived, do I got in touch with customer service. I was told they had been shipped but I hadn't received them. They redid the order and I received them about a week later. Thank you for making this happen for me.
