A bit frustrating was additional $25 fee at checkout that wasn't disclosed until checkout and called "fees" and no information about what fees were and if they're always charged, etc. my order was only $45 so the fee was almost 50% more on top of the order. I had to chat an associate to learn more.

While i have used lens.com for many years, other sites just don't compare to the simplicity. The only downside is lens.com mysterious order fee that more then doubles your order price with one box alone, and adds a painful increase if you order a lot. Even with a rebate a fee shouldn't be that high.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
