I ALWAYS COMPARE CONTACT LENS COST EACH TIME I ORDER THEM AND THERE ARE NOW COMPANIES ONLINE WHO SAY THE BOX IS $16 ON GOOGLE SHOP SO YOU'LL CLICK ON THEIR SITE, THEN THEY WANT TO ADD A $20-$30 SURCHAGE\ WHEN YOU GO TO CHECK OUT. Didn't compare prices, was introduced to Lens.com from someone, so just went with it; seems to be a little bit expensive but still reasonable; have been using it for about five years; the only thing I'd say is that delivery is slow and not always on time, a few late arrivals. We did not receive the shipment of contact ordered in April. The lockbox they were delivered to would not open using the key. The post office was contacted. After many days of working with them a postal worker came out to get the lockbox open. The contacts were not there. Lens.Com was contacted and they immediately reshipped our order without any new charges to us. That order was received quickly. I received a defective contact lens batch and although understandable that I had to provide proof, it was rather extensive. I've never had issues with lenses from other providers. At the end, they provided good service but I'm not sure I would order a year supply from them again.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
