Our online order experience was convenient (had pull-down menus on the website to select doc office and various doctors in that office to confirm the prescription), but I was surprised by the $25.98 processing fee. What if the grocery store charged $25.98 on top of your grocery bill for the luxury service of accepting your payment? Or if Walgreens added $25.98 for the convenience of selling you their product and accepting your payment? I suppose if automotive dealerships can add a processing fee, most other businesses will as well--it's another revenue stream! Additionally, $9.95 for standard shipping seemed a bit high--a US Priority Mail small flat rate box is $10.20 from the post office, and for 25 cents more would have been faster with tracking available (not available on standard shipping). We were hoping to save money compared to ordering at the eye doctor's office, but with the additional fees it didn't happen.
I usually order my contacts from Lens.com. There is usually a rebate but it's not easy to go through the process of getting it. If you are going to give it just go ahead and take off order at time of purchase.
The ordering process was good but the order is incorrect. The power is wrong but it could be because it was the last order we did and the power had changed. I will have to return the ones I got.
It was simple. I had ordered before so it was all on file. But when I ordered the first time it was simple, step by step directions. You need your prescription and name of contacts. Then choose how many you want to order.
There was also a $75 mail-in rebate. That was a pain.

The entire process was very easy! Prices were one of the cheapest. I need a toric lens and some of the other places don't carry toric. Shipping was fairly quick as well. I have signed up for automatic ship too!

I appreciate Lens.com's competitive pricing; however, I wish you would list your processing fees before the final invoice. I had no idea what was the extra charge and had to call customer service for an explanation. It felt like it was a bait and switch scheme.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
