I order personal contact lens' when needed. Lens.com has been fast and the product correct. This order didn't come 100%. Because the "dot" on the right lens ends up being like a paint smear. Much bigger then a dot. Life happens...yes.
It was quick and easy to get lens but the shopping experience is confusing and $50 worth of fees on top of tax, will definitely make me get contacts in person instead.

They try to get you to buy more lenses by offering a rebate if you buy 2 extra boxes. It makes the order process confusing. I once almost checked out with a extra 4 boxes in my cart because of this. So be careful! But overall, its a great site.

I was a bit skeptical to actually order online. But it seems some optical places do not provide gas permeable lenses. Soft lenses seem to be the thing. However, wearing hard contacts for over 55 years, I didn't want to change. And paying out money to see another eye dr. That would work with me seemed unthinkable when I have no insurance.
When I received my contacts, I cleaned them up and put them in my eyes. They felt a bit rough, as though the edges needed to be polished down (my eyes have always been a little sensitive that way).
The second thing was …. I could see refreshingly well from one, but the other was a total blur…. As though it had no prescription.Today, I will be arranging to have them returned for a check and see if anything can be done about that.
Therefore, this review is incomplete.

As a result, I have a good working knowledge of good oilfield practices and how prudent operations are to be conducted.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
