You are bait and switchers. Low initial enticing price, then super-high processing fee and taxes. No honesty or transparency; you are totally deceptive.
Experience was fine and price was lower than one of the other contact lens ordering sites.
However, the price that is listed while shopping is NOT the same as when checking out. When I got to the check out page, my total jumped up by over $30 and there was no price next to what I ordered. So strange.
Talked to a rep via chat and was informed that there were fees attached but again, that is not listed while shopping. Why hide that? Be more transparent with pricing to your customers!
The website makes it super easy to order your contacts, especially if you ordered before. I got my contacts sooner than I expected!

Took a little too long. Not sure about one of the contacts, scratchy and not as good as my old one. Likely my drs fault. Sorry, if you people don't want the truth, you shouldn't pester a buyer for a review. Tired of getting these.
I have looked at lots of different contact websites. This one is the cheapest and easiest way to buy contact lenses. They also make it very easy to get a new Rx if yours has expired.
I placed my order and received my shipment in a timely manner. Prices were pretty compeptive as well.
With rx in hand from my doctor, ordering was quick, easy, and a lot cheaper than having the eye doctor ordering them :) I will use again, if the need should arise.

The ease of finding my contacts, uploading my prescription, and checkout. They don't trick you with the exorbitant processing fee the others add on.
It was simple. I had ordered before so it was all on file. But when I ordered the first time it was simple, step by step directions. You need your prescription and name of contacts. Then choose how many you want to order.
There was also a $75 mail-in rebate. That was a pain.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
