First I was sent the wrong RX so I had to return them. Then I received an email stating the new contacts were on the way but the email listed the wrong RX again. So I was on the phone again for 30 minutes. But it turns out that they sent me the correct RX. A hassle but I did get what I needed
Since I called to straighten out my account, there were FAR too many emails saying that I did not do the right thing and more info was needed. Very time consuming, since I had already TALKED to a PERSON and we had cleared it all up before the order was even placed.

Was told a month ago, four months following $200 purchase that our rebate was in the mail. We never received, so called back a month later in March. The hold time SO FAR on the phone is now 1 hour and 20 minutes and the online support answered after 5 minutes... so I guess they have people on computers but not on phones... ok, wonder how that makes any sense. Guessing all the phone operators are there to take orders, but not answer questions about rebates... lol what a joke. Suggest you look elsewhere in an online co for contacts. At this point they should owe me interest on my $100 for the last 5 months! Haha Watch for the bait and switch in prices based on rebates, and just go with another company...

There was a few added of $10 to my order I did not authorize I was told it could not be refunded to my account. I will not order again because of this. I do not think this was right.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
