Ordered contacts on 6/3/22 and they were expected to ship to me within 7 to 10 days which was perfect because I only had 10 pairs left and I wear dailies. After 10 days passed I logged into my account and it said "Order in Fulfillment" so I called Lens.com to follow up. I was told they needed to be ordered from the supplier and it usually takes 10 days for them to receive them and once they're received, they will ship. So I'm thinking it should be any day now. After 14 days had passed, I logged into my account and it had been updated to say "Expected to ship 12/30/2099" for one box and the other box said "Ordered from Supplier". I called Lens.com and they said it was an IT error and it would be corrected in 24-48 hours. I logged into my account 5 days later and it still had a shipment date of 12/30/2099. I called Lens.com and they laughed when I said 12/30/2099 was an IT error and they asked me why someone in their company would tell me that. They said it's normal for them to put the shipment date 80 years out when they don't know when they will receive the contacts. It is now 6/21/22 and they still can not tell me when they can expect to receive the contacts from the supplier. I asked if they communicate with the supplier and they said yes but I couldn't understand why they didn't have an estimated date if they communicate with them. Lens.com clearly didn't communicate with me unless I called them. And you may ask what Lens.com did for me for all this hassle with their lack of communication, multiple phone calls from me, time wasted sitting on hold, talking to incompetent people, and now being completely out of contacts with no estimated shipment date in sight... they offered free shipping on my NEXT order. Sorry Lens.com, there will not be another order from me. I cancelled my order and they didn't try to stop me. I got the impression they were glad they didn't have to deal with me anymore. This was my first time trying to do business with them and it was my last.

The website's advertised prices include a rebate card, so it looks cheaper than it actually is. In reality, you pay much much more for your contacts up front, and then in theory you save some money if you ever receive your rebate card. I have been waiting for a rebate card from Lens.com for an order that I placed on December 1 2021. Today is June 21 2022 and I still haven't received my rebate card. They make you wait a few weeks after you receive your order before they will give you the form you need to send in. I did mine as soon as I possibly could, and I am still waiting for a rebate card. Don't even bother trying to call customer service to ask about the status of the card - Customer service is absolutely useless when you ask about the rebate, and I have had several customer service reps hang up on me. Somehow, no matter what time of day I called, there were never any customer service supervisors or managers available to talk to address my concerns about this. One time a supervisor eventually called me back, only for them to tell me that the rebate cards are delayed due to Covid - which is nonsense. I don't see how Covid could cause them to take more than 6 months to prepare and send a rebate card when the website advertises that you will receive your card in 6-8 weeks. I just had to buy contacts again and I gladly purchased them from ANOTHER COMPANY that had competitive prices, and didn't mess around with rebate cards. Based on my experiences with this company I would not recommend them unless they improve their rebate handling timing, improve their customer service response to this issue, or they drop their prices to be competitive without requiring people to submit rebate paperwork. Unfortunately, since no one will respond to my complaint I think I need to hire an attorney to go after this company for this rebate card advertising scam they are running.
My address was never updated on my membership so my contact lenses were delivered to not just my old address but my old neighbors address. Had to go on a hunt for them. Found them, using them and find that they so far, one of the contacts is gritty and uncomfortable. I may go back to 1800Contacts.

When I researched contacts on their site, the price reflected was low. Yet once I went to check out, the price doubled. I was out of my contacts other than those in my eyes.
Upon asking a representative why that was, I was told there was a rebate? Which was not included when my contacts arrived. Even with the 100.00 rebate I never received, I still saved a additional $60.00 from the other site I ordered the exact same item from. There price was $280.00 and the other site was $160.00 same contacts. I returned them two weeks ago and have had to call and email multiple times, and I still do not have my refund, was told to call back again.
We used to be able to have rebates done instantly, now it takes forever. That's kinda lame.

I ordered over $200 in contacts beginning of March 2022 sent in rebate form with proofs, waited 9 weeks and they keep telling me they never received rebate for cuz tracker says I never mailed it when I did. Not very happy and feel like it's a scam to get people to buy their contacts. Still haven't gotten my rebate and probably won't be buying from them anymore

I ordered my contacts January 13th. I submitted for the rebate right away. It is June 16th and the rebate still has not shipped. I have been on Chat and they tell me the rebate was so successful that they are super busy. I would think 5 months is excessive.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
