The pricing displayed is based on the cost after rebate (not the cheapest place to buy contacts). The rebate is difficult to maneuver with strange windows of availability. You must wait for the rebate to become available. Once available it has to be printed and mailed within 3 months of order ship date regardless of when the rebate is available for printing. The rebate will not be returned to you for 6+ months! If you ever get it at all!
I ordered contact lenses with lens.com over 1 month ago and paid for the 2-day shipping option. I wanted to wear them on my wedding day (which was 2 weeks after I placed the order JUST in case there would be a shipping delay) but I couldn't because they never arrived.
As soon as I placed the order I also emailed my prescription to expedite my order as it recommended on the website.
I have been following up every week (a mix of email and phone. Btw, no one responds to emails…) since my order was supposed to arrive trying to see what the status of my order was. Every person I have spoken to hasn't been able to give me a guarantee or an answer. I was told three weeks ago that they would be shipped out the day after the Memorial Day holiday. It's June 11th now, and nothing is here.
What made me want to write this review was this. Today I called again and spoke with 'Kathryn' on the phone and I asked if she could just give a rough estimate on when they might arrive, and she yelled "I don't know" multiple times and was incredibly rude and even cut me off… like what. I completely understand that the shipping and manufacturer delays are not in her control and not her fault at all but it's not right to speak to anyone that way, let alone a customer who is just asking a question. Even if you're not sure you could speak with a little kindness and empathy.
The customer service is mediocre at best and the shipping is not at all guaranteed. 2-day turned into 5+weeks shipping. I really wanted this option to work but I wasn't anticipating this much of a delay.
I'll definitely update this review whenever (if ever) my order arrives!

They have "cheap" contacts because of a rebate they offer, however you will NEVER receive it. I've called and chatted with someone multiple times and they read the same script saying customers are highly satisfied, however there is no way to leave a review on their site. Don't fall for their scam like I did. 6 weeks for a rebate and it's been over 6 months and they can't give an eta of any kind.
There is a very short window in which to claim your rebate. I was cheated out of 2 $40 rebate by not making this deadline.
Lens.com never sends you the rebate as promised. I've been waiting 5 months on a rebate that should've come in 6-10 weeks. After researching BBB, I learned that hundreds of customers were jilted out of hundreds of dollars in rebates. Do NOT order from the Lens.com.

I ordered contacts from Lens.com because they offered a $150.00 rebate if I ordered 4 boxes (normally I only get 2). I placed my order and fulfilled the requirements and instructions for the rebate. Their website even has a rebate tracker that shows my rebate is with card fulfillment, which is where it has been for months. The promised delivery timeframe is 8-10 weeks and their site has a notice stating that they are 6 weeks behind. Currently it has been around 28 weeks for me and anytime I've reached out to support for assistance and more information I get the same copy/paste response that they're working hard to fulfill my rebate and that they have no time frame for fulfillment. There are numerous complaints and reviews from people claiming to have the same problem. They will not refund my order or let me return the lenses despite the fact that they are unused, claiming a 30 day return policy. I only ordered because of the rebate, otherwise I have another vendor I would have purchased from.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
