They Let me know i'd need to obtain consent to use the word "doctors" in my business name, but didnt explain from whom. That's half information, it's contextless. Consent from whom? To whom should i reach out? What applications do i need to submit? If Rug Doctors exist, Space Doctors can exist, so what's my next step?
That's when they DISAPPEARED. They never answered my question. It's been a Week. I never heard from them again.
After many days of silence passed, i said "wth, i paid for expedition, whats going on? Listen, If i CANT use doctors in the name, should i just file as "interior logic" and dba as space doctors?"
More DAYS of radio silence passed, no questions answeredc when suddenly i received a "congratulations" on the formation of "interior logic llc"
What the ever loving god? I never consented to that. I mentioned it in a question built into a contingency. A CONTINGENCY. "IF i cant file space doctors, SHOULD i file as interior logic and dba as space doctors." He MEVER REPLIED to my email, but obviously read it
Days have passed, since this asinine filing, this creation of a legal entity in my name without my consent, and still theres silence. Ive emailed ten times and called twice. The phone ppl said theyd escalate my case

I discovered a debit of $499 from my bank account from LegalZoom. When I called to verify what it was, it was for an annual Registration Agent, Compliance and something else for a business that was dissolved almost 5 years ago! The only service I ever had with them was the RA@ $159/year and this year they choose to add items and charge me $499? When I called them to discuss, they advised me that I need to call the State and have them removed as RA. When I called the State, they said that LegalZoom had to resign as RA of my dissolved business. When I called LZ back and requested that they resign as RA, they said they could not do that. Now correct me if I am wrong, isn't it MY choice as to who I want as RA and isn't it MY choice if I want to remove them? Not to mention, they are using a debit card that expired years ago and according to them, when I advised that they did not have my authorization to debit my bank account, their response was, we have the authority to access ANY account linked to that card! Really? Isn't that FRAUD? You do not have access to my account. I gave you permission to charge the previous card on file but it expired years ago so what gives you the right to wiggle your way into my account otherwise? They are holding my account hostage and I will pursue this legally if I have to. LZ - I DO NOT WANT YOU AS MY RA AND YOU DO NOT HAVE MY AUTHORIZATION TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM NOT APPROVING

I USED LEGAL ZOOM TO START MY COMPANY EVERYTHING WAS GREAT THEY WERE VERY HELPFULL IN TAKING MY MONEY BUT WHEN I DIDENT NEED THERE SERVICE ANYLONGER THEY REFUSED TO CANCEL MY SERVICE THEY WANTEED ME TO PAY A FEE TO CANCEL. TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM YOU WILL BE ROBBED. HORIBLE COMPANY!
This is the second time I have used legal zoom, and it will be the final time. The automated dialing robot you have is ridiculous. I received 7, yes SEVEN calls in 50 minutes. I was trying to have a conference call, but kept being interrupted by 7 calls in 50 minutes. Call, leave a message, I will call back. Also, when I answer, a robot then puts me on hold and asks me why I'm calling. Well, since I didn't call you in the first place, I have no idea why I'm calling. I'm then called by legal zoom to be placed on hold again, and given the option to be called back when it is my turn which starts the cycle over completely. I've spoken with 2 customer service reps. Andre was fairly nice, however he was abrupt and short. The second rep was extremely abrasive. I have nothing good to say at this point other than my paperwork was filed with the state. That's it. I'm so utterly annoyed by your phone call processes that I will block your 800 # from my phone once my order is filled. Today it was 7 incoming calls in 50 minutes and it was 7 in 49 minutes the other day, and when I answered, I was put on hold. I have NEVER dealt with any organization that schedules calls every 5-10 minutes. It is unacceptable and quite an interruption in my day. If there is enough of an issue for someone in customer service to need to speak with me, why is it too much trouble for a human being that is capable to solving the problem to pick up the phone and dial and leave a message if no one answers? I guess you're trying to streamline your workflow with complete disregard for your customer's time and work needs.
Update to my review 7/26/2016: Today I logged into my customer account to check my order status. There was a message that I needed to call customer service as there was a problem processing my EIN. I called customer service. I was on hold for 46 minutes before I was able to speak with someone. Once they verified my account, they then put my on hold again to read notes. I was then told they don't know why that error message is showing. It is only getting worse with every correspondence.
