I've spoken to multiple reps over the past 2 weeks and I must say every one has been a pleasure to work with. The latest was Michelle, who not only researched and found missing documents - three rolled into one but listed separately in the "documents to sign" section - but also took careful note of the confusing aspects of the website as I was seeing it. The status of one order was shown as a combination of a) "In Process" (top right) b) "Ready to download" (middle right) c) "Order Printed and Shipped" (middle left) d) "Ready for Download" (lower right) and "Order received... and will begin processing it shortly." (lowest right). She acknowledged this looked like a bug and would pass it on to the appropriate team. I'm still waiting for some transfer of title documents from GOdeeds to show up, but otherwise have been very happy with the experience overall.

I ran into some trouble paying my 3rd installment if my LLC formation and asked if I could split it up. This was not possible but Melanie offered to push my payment date out up to 2 full weeks to give me time to sort out my financial challenge.
She was very professional and quite helpful. This proved to actually be a BETTER option than paying the final installment of $107 in two payments - instead she just saved me 2 weeks of time so I don't have to pay at all til Oct 19th, 2019.
