AVOID this company! After 6 months and 24 phone calls, they lied to me about canceling an old LLC. I gave this company all the documents they needed to close this LLC, and paid the State fees. Confirmed over a dozen times that they had what they needed to close the file with the State and always came back to Step #1. The left-hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Plus no refund after 120 days, which was due to their incompetence. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

DO NOT trust Legal Zoom. I ONLY needed to file my LLC. Was quoted 299.99. Once billed over $700.00. Upon FIRST sight of bill demanded ALL recurring charges STOPPED. Requested over 6 times.
