Very simple to get the EIN for my business entity. They made it fast, simple, and I understood how it works for me and my small business.

Today I had the awesome opportunity to have Nicole to assist me with obtaining what is needed for my EIN # and other services that I needed that I wasn't aware of and the process was completely stress free I appreciated her professional and the way each step was broken down for me to understand I'm glad I visited the site and received the help I needed to be successful!

Paid $350 for a dba and was pawned off to a 3rd party vendor who did little to help me. Then I received two phone calls from Legalzoom, paid $145 for something I never received, and lost my money. I disputed the charge with my bank and wrote an email to Legalzoom outlining the phone numbers, names, and dates of the calls from Legalzoom asking them to verify if those are their numbers and employees. They refuse to answer me in writing. I don't trust Legalzoom or have any confidence in them and would prefer to communicate with them in writing. It's suspicious that they only want to talk on the phone - where it is more difficult to document the conversation.

Great customer service. I was working with Raul Ortiz and Dee (I'm not sure of this Queen's last name but y'all should know which rep I talked to). Excellent de-escalating skills because I was VERY frustrated about this unknown charge, was unable to get ANY info online so I'm glad he was able to assist me patiently while I was so upset. Dee, is another, great customer service rep that I spoke with today. That is truly the mainstay of this group because the products and services are wildly overpriced. Keep the reps happy because the company is basic.
