Aimee was great! I was only in town for a couple of days to sign new wills for my Mother and Father. I could not print out the new wills because it takes 2-4 days to process, but Aimee was able to get the processing expedited to print at the end of the same day, and saved me an additional long trip into town to take care of this for my parents.

The creation process was easy to understand and navigate and was almost immediately followed up with a representative to make sure everything was correct and also the way i intended. The follow up call was crucial because Brian while reviewing my order helped me catch a mistake i made and directed me how to get it fixed.

Worst service ever. I paid almost $600 and they misspelled the business name wrong which means I can't get an EIN or open a business account. After calling them and talking to three different people they finally said it would cost another 400 bucks to fix the problem and since I received the papers in the mail I can't get a refund. On top of it all I paid them to file my vendors and any other licenses I might need, did they do that... nope. They sent me the vendor's paper to send out. They make you download the forms/permits that you have to send out. I paid for a service I didn't get.

Great customer service. I was working with Raul Ortiz and Dee (I'm not sure of this Queen's last name but y'all should know which rep I talked to). Excellent de-escalating skills because I was VERY frustrated about this unknown charge, was unable to get ANY info online so I'm glad he was able to assist me patiently while I was so upset. Dee, is another, great customer service rep that I spoke with today. That is truly the mainstay of this group because the products and services are wildly overpriced. Keep the reps happy because the company is basic.

Speaking to the sales specialist at LegalZoom was something I had dreaded, but she was great at putting me at ease and answered all my questions. I filled out an easy form online, was contacted immediately by a representative, and he walked me through the process step-by-step and was able to answer all my questions. There were extra services that I didn't ask for offered by the website, but no upsell or aggressive sales tactics by the representative, which I appreciated. I purchased a package on March 6,2023 (Order no: *******) to start a nonprofit. It is now May 16th, and my application is still incomplete. I've had to resend documents that LZ lost, and I can only speak with a customer service representative to inquire about delays - not the person who's actually working on my application. EVERY TIME I call, I'm told they have everything they need, yet every day brings a new delay. WHY is this happening?
The last rep I spoke with offered me a 10% discount for my troubles. I declined. I don't want/ need the money; I just need you to treat your customers right.

Legal zoom does not speak with you during the process of making your order. So if there are any problems or mistakes you will not know until after the fact. I was trying to start a llc. They submitted the wrong paperwork for me. And after when I finally caught the error they said they will fix it for additional money. They will not let you talk to a supervisor. They said it takes three days for a manager to call you. They are supposed to be your trusted professionals. They are just like any other corporation. Please contact a real lawyer and do not get burned like me

This company failed to mail me my will. They claimed they sent it. If so, my info is floating around somewhere. When I insisted on a refund they did send it by second-day mail. It was not worth it. Go to a lawyer. Legalzoom does not honor its ads. Stay away

Had an issue (my fault) where I selected the incorrect legal names (not full legal name of individual LLC holders). To get this corrected I thought legalzoom would help but it became another sale to them and was going to cost around $200 including state filing fees. I write this to let you all know it's worth your time to save your money and do the paperwork with the state yourself when filing an LLC.

These days when I call a service provider I prepare for a frustrating minutes long "conversation" with a robot, which ends in mesaying "operator, please!" repeatedly after 20 seconds.
