This is a chinese product, and it is delivered directly from China, so it took some time to arrive. The product looks good, fit well, without any problem. Now let see how long they will last.

I purchased a pair of led headlights from ledfactorymart which to me were good value for my money.
Upon ordering them there was a delay in the processing for 1 weeks due to no stock but I spoke to a polite customer service staff member who told me the day they would be dispatched and on this day they indeed were dispatched with a tracking number.
The time for these light to arrive from them was one week and the tracking information was the best that I have ever seen through purchasing from a company online.
Upon arrival the headlights were exactly what I ordered and was very pleased with these.
I am a very fussy person when it cmes to buying products but ledfactorymart are the best compant for a longhaul purchase that I have ever used and would buy from them again and would recomend them to anyone.
I'm having issues with one of your reps, David Matthews, keeps on asking so many questions about the problem with my order. It did come in but it doesn't work and will not power on.

I like the easy install and the LED part works and looks great. Smoked covers are terrible. Cloudy looking, made them look old. Had to order replacements elsewhere.
Lights work great and install was extremely easy, I have extensive experience working on my own vehicles but I truly believe an amateur could install these with ease.

Was not told it would be shipped separately and then when finally received the light bar itself was damaged missing parts cannot install so waste of money will not be returning
Looks so much better than original light. Break light is brighter and safer also the normal is a lot brighter than OEM light. Highly recommend this light for 3rd gen tacoma.

I received exactly what I ordered. The headlights were a little hard to install. Didn't fit exactly perfect, but that's to be expected with aftermarket parts. They work great though!

I purchased some fog lights for my 2022 Bronco because this store had them competitively priced compared to other shops I was looking about for comparable products. That's essentially the last benefit I received. The product came in good order but with ZERO installation instructions making them useless. Especially considering this was an electronics product that had to be run through the OEM factory headlight wiring. I am a resourceful guy so I spent almost 3 weeks going back and forth with the company to acquire instructions they clearly didn't possess (I don't know how you're selling an electronics product without any knowledge of how it works). Whereas the competitors had 20-40 min step-for-step installation instructions available online the best I could get from them was a video under 30 seconds that said little more than "connect the wires." I pointed out to their customer service rep that there are at least 8 different wires on the left front headlight coupling and even more on the right. Nothing. I tried reaching out to the local garages but they do not install outside parts. I was forced to return the item but was told that I'd have to cover the shipping and be charged an additional 15% restocking fee. While I was able to get them to waive the restocking fee I still have to pay nearly 10% of the item cost for my months-long hassle. I would never recommend using this company. You're better off going to a known producer or even Amazon.
There's some condensation in the lights after they've ran for a little. I don't think it's suppose to so hopefully they don't end up breaking bc of a seal issue with in the light.

Please check to see if the fogginess is due to condensation or if the lens itself is bad. Condensation does not cause a problem with the normal operation of the light and is, therefore, not considered to be a defect or warrantable condition.

There is a venting hole in the back of LED lights. Please open it for a few hours. The water vapor can be excluded after a few hours of lighting. After the water vapor disappears, close the venting hole again. If the cause is not related to condensation, please drop up a line with a picture of the product atsupport@ledfactorymart.com and we will help you to apply the replacement.
Easy to order the cover even for an Analog guy. Shipping was fairly quick even coming from China. Product looks good and user friendly as it scrunches into a small pillow sized bag.
