The lights got here fast, but there was no info on what app I use to change the lights colors. I have looked online and cannot find what app I use nor was there any information in my package about the app. It would be helpful if there was a QR code or the name of the app and instructions so I can change the default lights to the color I would like.
Lights are great. Except they cause my signals to rapid flash. I tried to contact Led Factory Mart and 2 weeks later I still have not received a response. I also spent the day calling them and would only receive a voice mail. After dozens of calls I left a voicemail and still haven't received call call back. There was NO talking to anyone in the company. Even tried to contact them on messenger. Still no reply. So I. The end the lights are sitting on my tool box and I went and bought a set of Custom Dynamics for the front and back to replace these and they worked perfectly right out the box.
10 piece light kit came fast. Seems nice at first, but fig lights were not plug and play. Headlight connectors do not lock in because they are not aligned properly and can't go in all the way. I have to use tons of electrical tape to hold them in and it causes a flicker as I drive. Currently trying to get headlights replaced or full refund because half my idea was directly from China apparently... NOT HAPPY WITH CHINESE TRASH... we'll see how they handle trying to fix this.
Was quick and easy. Suggest you guys show the full product ie: wires,plugs, connector etc.
Purchased Headlight and Fog Light as combo package. Received Headlight promptly but there was no indication if or when the Fog lights would arrive. The order nor auto update email did not mention these two products were being sent as separate packages. I sent an email to *******@ledfactorymart asking about delivery of fog lights on Oct 5th, one day after receiving the headlights. I sent a F/U email on the 6th that I had not rec'd the fog lights. I did get a response email from support on Oct 7th stating the fog lights were being shipped along with tracking information. They did arrive on the 7th. Have yet to install either item nor the front turn LED signals I also received.
On the 6th I also called Customer Support # *******533 three time and was transferred to an extension which then required leaving a voice message.
I wanted to replace the headlight and passing lights on my 2013 heritage Softail with LED. Someone recommended LED factory and after much research I decided to purchase from there. The lights were truly plug and play and have really improved my night time riding.
The only trouble I had (and it could have been my specific bike) was that the new passing lights would not work until the new headlight was in. I started with a passing light and spent quite a bit of time trying to troubleshoot why the old light worked but not the new LED light thinking I had a defective part but neither one in the box worked. After replacing the headlight I tried the passing lights one last time and then both worked flawlessly. If this is how it's supposed to work, I was not aware, there were no instructions or any paperwork in the box at all (and the box was NOT sealed when it arrived, so it could have been opened in transit). But now that all 3 lights are installed, everything works and looks great!

Due to the fact, the first delivery has broken parts I complained about the not functionality of the product. I got very soon a feedback and I asked for a replacement. This is now delivered and works fine. The packaging for the second delivery was also improved
Happy that a military/DoD discount was available. The order indicated that everything would be (and was) delivered at the same time, but the 52" light bar was not with the order when it arrived. I had to call LED Factory Mart to determine where the 52" light bar was as it was a week or so after I received the bulk of the order. I was told the light bar was supposed to ship soon, but nothing in the order statement indicated that there were two different shipments - so that was confusing. I did receive the light bar about 3-4 days later and in good condition, so the order is complete now. Just confusing - I suspect the 52" light bar was "forgotten" on the original order and quickly "added" to get it to me, based on the time it took to receive and the fact that there was no indication about two separate shipments on the original order.

I am having a difficult time with making the turn signl connections to the halos. I had led lights before but they made connections at the headlights. The app and colors work well. I like the brightness of the headlights on the road.

The brake lights work fine but they're rolling lights do not work at all. Had to replace with another manufacturer which works absolutely perfect. Both running lights and brake lights work fine on the new manufacturers tri-bar light

Everything got there when it was supposed to. The only issue was a after market replacement bracket was needed for the new LED bulb. I looked on YouTube for instructions. So I have to order the new bracket on the main lamp. The passing lights fit fine.
Everything I ordered was correct and looked awesome once I installed them. Only issue was the length of the wire provided for the lower lights. Being that they had to attach all the way up to the main turn signal quick connect the wire provided could of been longer. Other than that the lights look awesome.

The only thing is customer service! I emailed in and asked how long does it usually take to get my products. So David Matthews Responded please be patient... I didn't really care for that I just asked for a time frame. I emailed back and let him know. I didn't care for that and he still said please be patient...smh...

Ordering product was easy! Tracking it was a nightmare. Showed a tracking number but the tracking number went nowhere. Had to contact customer service to see if they could track the order. Received my order and the product is awesome! Fits and looks great! I'll buy from them again.
It was very easy to make my order. No where did it say that they were replacement for factory fog lights, I don't have factory fog lights that's why I was buying them. Now I have to go to my ford dealer to get them installed. Thanks

Got the product with no instructions on install. Emailed them and after days of waiting received an email with a YouTube video. The video was vey poorly made, not professional. I wrote back and said it wasn't recommended to install unless you were a professional. I don't need to be if there are good instructions.
I am very hesitant because sending payment to a Chinese name, but had great reviews.
Need info as to shipping as my order was split and shipped next day the second half shipped the filling week and no communication until I emailed several days later and received and email back with info? Not about the 3rd party shipping partner app, what that was?
Answer: Extremely difficult! You get an auto-reply they received your emails, but no one actually emails you back. Their hotline is only open 4 hours a day. They respond one time a day on FB Messenger, at 2am when most people are asleep and can't continue a conversation. Extremely ridiculous.
Answer: I just installed them. Everything is plug and play, and everything went together without modification which is nice for my 16 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
