I had an issue with acustomer care agent not assisting me with a part that I needed to return that I had accidentally order too many of, I called the very next morning and he was very unhelpful with the situation. After sending in my issue one of their other representatives was quick to email me and take care of the issue for me.
Ordered a grill for my 19 Tacoma. After a week was not shipped I called the company said that the soonest the shipping would is 30 days on the website it says 3-7 days shipping brags about fast and free shipping! Called them they said they where more of a headlight company grills take longer did not say that on the website said nothing could be done about this very deceitful
It was a great kit. I replaced some of the hardware to suite what I needed but overall a solid kit i had also purchased a Raxiom 6 panel switch for my Jeep wrangler which made it a lot easier to handle.
Made my purchase early before Christmas, was told they would be here on the 22nd, arrived on the 29th. Excited and attempted to install, wiring they sent wasn't right. Contacted 8 times, finally got a call back. Sent 5 pictures as they requested. I'm on phone call number 6 right now, and still waiting to hear back from them. Extremely frustrated. Sent e-mails everything, have all documentation. I can't say that I would recommend or refer them to anybody. Cheap prices, yes, but can't say it's worth the aggravation.
I ordered rear turn signal bulbs for my 2008 Harley Street Glide because on web site says they fit my bike. I got them and they did not fit they are 1157 dual contact and my bike tike take 1156. I didn't know this when placing order online, so I went by it said they fit my bike. Now emailed them to return them and get correct ones and this is what I was told. I can keep them because of restocking fees and cost to ship them back and reorder the right ones and they will give me 15% discount coupon and try to sell the ones I got. I have ordered headlight and front turn signals and they work great. I don't need to do all the extra leg work to get the right ones just do the right thing and send me the correct lights please.
On the ups web site it say Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet. So I'm just a little confused on how I was supposed to get the package 3 days ago but ups haven't got the package yet

So I ordered a LED light for my 2018 HD Deluxe and according to the site it said it would fit my bike. Well it didnt the new light did not have the mounting bracket holes. Also had no idea these products came from China which I'm not a fan of.
I purchased a set of led strip turn signal from this company. When they finally arrived I was excited to put in, but when I plugged them in they were not working. I reached out to the company for help and they walked me through it saying it is not their product but what I am doing. It is supposed to plug into the socket and then wire the red wire into the running light section. It never worked and they said to send a video and told I am still doing it wrong. I ask for to send back and a refund just because it was such a hassel and their customer service was horrible. They still won't let me send back for a refund. If I can save a few people from horrible products and service I will be ok. I am out $60 and still battling.

The fog lights are great quality and work great but they didn't come with any instructions and the instruction on the website were vague. It was not an incredibly difficult installation but it wasn't just the "plug and play" like it said in the description. Great fog lights though

I ordered a LED headlight for my wife's freewheeler. The webpage lists the address as California. But the light was shipped from China. It took a week and a half. Now my headlight is stuck at the local FEDEX hub. It's been there for 9 days and counting. They tell me to get it I have to print a customs release form, fill it out, sign it and then put it back in PDF for and email it to them. I shouldn't have to jump thru hoops to get something that should've been at my house 10 days ago. Now LED factory mart is dragging their feet on responding to my requests for a refund. Meanwhile I ordered a light from Amozon and got it the next day.

I love the look of the grill. The grill came without instructions, so I had to email the company to get them. Once I received them, there was no information regarding the front camera which I have, and no mount. I emailed them again. They sent me a video on how to install an aftermarket camera, which did not answer my question. I inquired again, and they sent me the same video. I finally researched on my own and found a front camera mount from Yotaverse. It was an extra $50. No help, no description, no heads up.
The finish was good but the machining of the brackets was poor. I had to drill out the bolt hole for one of the turn signals because the bolt wouldn't line up properly between the bracket and the turn signal because the hole was not drilled at the proper angle.

I bought SP-COMBO38 as my 2019JL from LED Factory Mart. At first, it didn't work properly. I thought it was damaged. After contacting customer service, I learned that an additional decoder is needed. So far, everything is fine.
Answer: Extremely difficult! You get an auto-reply they received your emails, but no one actually emails you back. Their hotline is only open 4 hours a day. They respond one time a day on FB Messenger, at 2am when most people are asleep and can't continue a conversation. Extremely ridiculous.
Answer: I just installed them. Everything is plug and play, and everything went together without modification which is nice for my 16 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
Answer: Scam! Worst customer service I've ever experienced! They STILL haven't replaced a defective headlight even though I'm under a 1 year warranty.
