Never do this

I ordered products threw a thrive representative and got my products. Well then I notice monthly charges on my checking account that I didn't make from thrive so I contacted my person I ordered from and she said when she placed the order she accidently put it on auto ship which is a lie, so then I contacted thrive and they wouldn't help me get my money back either. Be careful who you order from and Thrive this is crap

Horrible customer service

I have ordered from this company twice. The first time I ordered, I did not get my product for over two weeks. I was told there was a mistake in the warehouse. I received no credit. The second time I ordered was last week. I checked the status of the order a day after I placed it and was told I would have it in 4-7 days. On the 7th day I checked the tracking and my package was in Hawaii. I am in Michigan. Again, my order was messed up. When I contacted customer support to demand some type of credit I was told it wasn't their mistake and to contact them if I still didn't have my package in a week. I still do not have my package and I have received no credit or refund. DO NOT ORDER from this company, you will be very disappointed!

Seriously I do like the products, but the computer software that they use is HUGELY flawed and it costs the customer money. I went into there system purposely yesterday when they told me they were running my card EARLY because of labor day. They STILL charged the wrong card, my BANK card and now everything has overdrawn. Now my labor day weekend is $165 short plus 100 in overdraft fees. I am done with this company.

Buyer beware

I took the products for about 6 months and didn't notice a difference. I decided to stop autoships and discontinue use of thrive products, the customer service is ridiculous to navigate. My promoter opened two accounts and then I didn't have any information or help from her to contact the company. The only way is to login to your account and send a message to Support. No phone number or in person assistance. It took me over a week to cancel my account, in the meantime an order shipped from the other account I had that I wasn't aware of do now I have to pay to return the product and I don't receive a full refund. Very expensive products. Buyer beware

I was promised I would receive a notification 3 days before my Auto ship on 6/25, I did not, so I got on my page and cancelled it for the next month. My consultant apologized and offered to purchase my products from me to prevent the headache of returning, we set up a date to meet up and she stopped responding all together.
So I set up a return for my unopened box, sent it Certified mail through USPS and the return was received on 7/20. On 7/25 I was again AUTO SHIPPED! I messaged my Consultant... Still no reply. I was out of town, so I returned the unopened box as soon as I got home, also sent certified. That shipment was received by their facility today and I still have not received a refund from my first return.
Besides all the hassel and loss of money from Auto Ships, I stopped using the products because I was breaking out in hives and tried weening them back in one at a time but they make me feel nauseated, and burn out around 3pm. My rash re-occured after building back up all the products so I determined this product is not for me.
Customer Service is terrible.

Frustrated

I can't say too much about the product it seems to be working for my husband but let me tell you about my experience. We ordered our first package on July 4 we never received the package until almost July 20 the company claims that there was a delay in shipping and that they were sorry I had to stress out for them to even give me a credit. The credit was applied for this month of August however my promoter had mentioned to stop the AutoShip because I had purchased the buy one get one during the July bonus sale so I went in and stop the AutoShip and it said disable auto ship so I clicked on it did it all in time what apparently the website did not except it. Guess what happen well they took $205 out of my account and are now shipping out more product that we do not need yet when contacting my promoter she stated that she would put in a service ticket to have this taken care of and I do keep in mind this was on August 5 the shipment doesn't even ship out and are having delayed problems with the shipment the promoter than tells me that I would more than likely have to pay for shipping the product back and then they would give me my $205 back does anyone see a problem with us because I sure do I see that his company does not care for its customers which is a huge concern of mine I am very disappointed I am very upset and this is absolutely very frustrating no matter how good the product is you need to stand by your Guess what happen well they took $205 out of my account and are now shipping out more product that we do not need yet when contacting my promoter she stated that she would put in a service ticket to have this taken care of now to keep in mind this was on August 5 the shipment doesn't even ship out and they're having delete problems with the shipment the promoter than tells me that I would more than likely have to pay for shipping the product back and then they would give me my $205 back does anyone see a problem with us because I sure do I see that this company does not care for its customers which is a huge concern of mine I am very disappointed I am very upset and this is absolutely very frustrating no matter how good the product is you need to stand by your customers and do the right thing

Easy to use cloud website and nutrition that does what it says it will do! I was looking for energy and didn't realize I would also get better quality of sleep, weight management, mental clarity, and not to mention, a team of people who care about my experience and success!

Thrive experience

Powder doesn't mix well and patches the residue you have to scrub your skin raw to get the sticky off. And I think it's over priced. If those 3 things can be corrected and drop the price in half. I'd give it 5 stars

The title says it all. Their employee Tiffany Dierolf has used racist words towards Black people including saying the n-word, calling them monkeys, and thugs. Really terrible and disturbing things. Le-vel has been deleting and turning off comments on their Insta posts all day today from people who are asking them about their employees behavior and if it aligns with the company mission statement. I don't understand how anyone can support their business if they think it's best to ignore the situation and pretend they didn't hire an alleged racist. Truly sad - take your money elsewhere.

Not worth it

Thrive is a waste of money. I went on it to help a friend but it did no good to my health. I barely slept, got rashes from the patches and the vitamins are a placebo effect. The employees are so pushy about the products. I think the same people who give this a 5 star are the ones who work for Thrive so just beware of that.

It is spendy and I agree with some of the reviews. I'm new but have friends family that have been on it for a while. They have either lost inches or weight so thought why not. It's only money.

I tried the thrive 3-step program for 2 weeks. The patches barely stayed on the skin and the shakes always make me bloated and nauseous. I vomit twice after drinking the shakes. Paid extra $40 for duoburn that didn't do anything. I crashed around 3-4pm right after work, take 2 hours naps. Should have read ingredients and other reviews. Now it might be too much of a hassle to return for a 50% refund minus 10% restocking fee and shipping cost.

I've been on Thrive now for over a month and if you take it as its suggested then you really shouldn't have any problems, granted everyones body is different in how they react to things you'll see that with any product that you use. Thrive is not something that you can just take and lose weight it comes with the choice of changing to a healthy lifestyle as well. I take my vitamin on an empty stomach, drink my shake which if anyone has tried other shakes or meal replacements you'd be surprised at how good they taste, put my patch on and start my day. That involves the gym, eating healthy, not snacking all day, and intermittent fasting from 6pm-6am ( I wake up early everyday). In just a month I've had WAY BETTER digestion and lost my bloating and I'm down 5 pounds. This product is not just a magic pill you take and lose weight all weight loss takes work and dedication. This product actually gets me going to where I go to the gym in the mornings and don't feel drained afterwards. Some people complain about gaining weight but if you do this properly I don't think you will, the shake is a meal replacement not something you eat with breakfast or like any other you will gain weight. I highly suggest it to people who will take it seriously and follow it correctly! Absolutely love my Thrive, expensive but I'm not buying coffee or take out or junk or snacks anymore and all that adds up to way more than what my Thrive costs in the long run

I've tried LeVel Thrive and premium patches and it had no benefit at all. I felt less hungry for the first week with thrive but then back to normal. The patches fall off. I can promise you, if you cut down the amount you eat, less carbs, lower calorie diet, drink more water and get some exercise you will loose weight and tone up for free. Watch out for auto-ship, disgraceful!

Autoship?

I ordered it ONCE to try it. I didn't know that it was a monthly shipment. If you get this as a ONE TIME thing then go to "manage my order" to cancel the order or they will send you another package and charge you without you knowing.

I have followed the thrive expand and did not see any changes. Their drink mixes are good supplements but truly too much of a cost for a small improvement. Carnation instant breakfast drink has just as much vitamins.

Thrive isn't for everyone, one of my customers and me also have gotten rashes all over our arms, upset stomach's. I've contacted them and their willing to do nothing! No money back guarantee. This is an expensive product that doesn't work! So if your looking into this product, I would do my research on other products also with a money back guarantee. I'm sure there is better products out there that actually work and dont have any side effects. Buyer beware! Do your research people, it's not a very good company to deal with!

They screwed me over in the auto-ship, and gave me 2 auto-ships now I have to wait 20+ days to even get a refund. I will never order from this company again. Ever. Don't recommend it.
