I have been drinking coffee with my patch, capsules and shake... now i read i should have no coffee? is it due to the amount of caffeine?

Answer:

Caffeine is an inhibitor to the formula that makes up the Thrive Experience. Staying away from extra caffiene & sugar along with drinking more water helps it work. They are a scam. Im in the same situation! You can't speak to anyone because it would make it too easy to cancel your membership, therefore they couldn't keep debiting your credit card!
