A year ago I would have given this company a 5 star rating. I am now straining to give them 1 star. In the past, the cartridges produced many copies from the ink I had ordered. Now, I'm lucky if I get 30 copies from a cartridge. I complained to the service dept., and they were kind to send me a replacement cartridge. But guess what! That cartridge didn't last any longer than the previous one. Guess it's time to look for another supplier.
Worst product I have every purchased. Half of the cartridges worked after a great deal of fiddling with them. It took 3, 4, 5, 6 tries. The other half NEVER worked. I have better things to do with my time.
They suggest not updating your printer if you want to use their product. STAY AWAY.

Bought a set of 4 color toner cartridges in September, 2023. When I installed the first one it was clearly bad, missing contacts on the top of the cartridge and apparently having something rubbing on the toner cylinder. I called customer service number and got put on hold for twenty minutes until I hung up. Called again and took the option to leave a call back number, but no call back was ever received. Sent an e-mail to their customer service address and eventually got an e-mail back which had my order number, but was totally blank. Their products have worked well for me in the past, but it's not worth the risk. I'm done with them.

Ordered a printer drum last week with expedited shipping and never recieved a confirmation email with shipping info or expected delivery date. Customer service will not answer the phone and have not recieved any further communication from them via email. I highly do not recommend purchasing anything from their website as the chance you will get what you paid for is extremely low.

I bought this color pack hoping that it would work in my epson printer unlike other off brand inks. Surprise surprise, my printer immediately noticed that it was off brand and wouldnt print a thing even after following all directions from customer support. I then asked for a refund but the best they could do was send me a replacement. This business lacks ethics in my opinion.

Avoid. When buying replacement toner, I decided to give LD a try. Huge mistake. While the cartridges were about half the price of OEM, one would not physically fit in my machine, one failed after a week, and a third (magenta) failed after printing only 100 pages of black text. All of their cartridges also leak toner, and rapidly filled my waste toner cartridge.
Brand new printer HP laser jet 15 W and this was my first replacement cartridge and what a mistake. The cartridge doesn't work and I can't even get a response from them. Lesson learned. When you deal with second rate outfits you get less than second rate results. I would NEVER recommend or do business with them again.

Originally ordered 4 cartridges, one of each color.
The black cartridge ran out of toner showing 90% left.
Shortly after that, the magenta cartridge froze. There is a small white cog that is driven by the printer and it totally locked up with 97% left on the toner. It could have damaged the printer and I stopped using it until replacements were received.
I received replacement black and magenta cartridges. However, the magenta ink was so bright in color that it made all color printing that uses magenta to show toward purple. Since I don't print photos, I decided to just use the magenta cartridge and put up with the weird colors.
At 75% toner left on the magenta replacement cartridge, it started dumping excessive amounts of toner making streaks all over a printed page.
I have to clean up the internal parts of the printer after every single sheet is now printed.
Really, really bad quality control.

There are no updates like shipping or tracking information from the seller even after five days from the order date. Their phones do not work and you have to stay online for several minutes to get a hold of a person to speak and they put you on hold for a few more minutes to get back with the incomplete information. I have been buying from LD Products for several years and have been very satisfied with their products and customer service. Until yesterday that is! I had a problem with a new toner cartridge and have tried repeatedly the past 2 days to reach them by phone. Never get an answer or a call back. Additionally, tried to fill out their Contact Us form but it is not working. Are these guys in business anymore? What do you want to bet I get a canned response telling me to call CS or fill out the contact form like they have done to everyone else lately. They have my contact info and need to call me. Needed a planner insert for the new year. Chose LD b/c of their claimed quick turn around (delivered in 1-4 business days).
5 business days later i get a note that they don't have the product and will have to cancel the order.

When you experience garbage products or services you dont have to write much. I feel their products are trash and the service is equally lousy. Expect cut rate merchandise and services, took over a week to get my order and it wasnt event properly packaged. I am expecting this to be a waste o my money and time so pay a bit more and get better products and service. LD sucks.

I ordered two HP XL color ink cartridges on June 6.
Never received them so I tried to track. But it didn't work. I sent an email and got a long response from them stating how sorry they were that they didn't let me know they were on back order and they'd have them in stock in two weeks. That was on June 26th. I still haven't received them and it's Aug 5th. Very disappointed!

I had two ink cartridges that would not work due to HP updating the firm ware on my HP office Jet Pro 8630 printer. I called LD explained the situation and they sent me two new cartridges that afternoon, including an envelop to return the defective cartridges. No cost no hassle. Great honest company.

Placed order we were told cartridges were in stock. Only 2 of the 6 were actually in stock. Tried to cancel. Asked for a waybill, could not get one for 48 hours because it comes from a third party. Service was terrible.and don't have the cartridges after 5 or 6 days

I've left numerous voicemails with no return callS. I replaced my HP Officejet 5222 OEM cartridges with LDProducts cartridges. My printer ran really slowly. Took forever to get a page printed. And the printing was not good. Every 4th line was crazy. They would duplicate a letter or two and run down into the next line at the beginning or end of a line. I called customer service and was put on hold several times. I got no satisfaction and was told I had to mail their defective cartridges back before I would get a refund. It cost over $12 dollars to do that. I'll never buy from this company again and will tell all my friends of my experience. If I could give less than 1 star I would do that.

INK CARTRIDGES DO NOT WORK ON THE EPSON WORKFORCE PRO PRINTER. PRINTER WOULD KEEP SHOWING INK CARTRIDGES AS BEING EMPTY AND THEY WERE BRAND NEW. I DID NOT TRY RETURNING THEM BECAUSE 1-I ORDERED AHEAD OF TIME AND HAD THEM FOR 6 MONTHS BEFORE I TRIED TO USE THEM SO I KNEW I WOULDN'T BE AVLE TO RETURN THEM. Sooo frustrating! You think you are saving some money by buying their replacement cartridges, but beware! It costs you more in the long run because they don't even work! Never again!
Once you discover that the product is useless, they want YOU to pay to send them back for CREDIT! Who wants to re-order a product that doesn't work? Not me!
Save yourself a lot of grief and just buy from Staples or Costco or any other establishment. A few extra dollars for a lot less grief is worth every penny.

I placed an order which I was told would take 3 days to arrive. It took over TWO WEEKS to ship and another week to arrive. I am trying to return the ink since I had to purchase it from another source. No one answers the chat line, and they have you on hold forever. They don't return calls or emails either. I'm requesting a chargeback from my credit card company. I have made purchases several times prior with no issues, Something is definitely amiss with this company and I encourage people to look elsewhere. I wont be back.
