After many, many months of being bombarded by their ads, I broke down and tried the baked foundation and an eye-shadow multi-palette special. When I ordered the foundation, I couldn't tell for sure which one to get so I used their tool and sent a picture. Ordered what they recommended and also some eyeshadow and eyeliner. The foundation is too dark, so I replied to the e-mail that gave me that recommendation (it was NOT a NOREPLY address) and let them know it was too dark and asked how I could exchange for the lighter shade...I'd also tried the baked eye-shadow and it doesn't blend worth a flip. Not only that, but every palette was pretty much a variation on each other. The colors were hard to see online, I thought there was a palette that had purples/cool colors. The only cool color is a navy - everything else is mostly warm and some neutral and it doesn't blend well. What a waste of money. The only thing I like is the eyeliner. I inquired multiple times about exchanging the foundation and returning the eyeshadow - with no response. I strongly recommend you not waste your money unless you are able to see and try it in person.
Ordered over a month ago, never received it. Checked tracking number several times and it kept saying "in transit". E-mailed customer service and they replied that my order "was lost", and that they would send a replacement order right away. Soon after I received another email saying that they cannot replace the items because they are "unavailable" and that I should receive a full refund...as you can imagine, I am still waiting!
Tried to cancel order minutes after placing it. My error, wrong color selected. I was informed once an order is placed system does not allow for any changes! I was informed to return merchandise upon received. Not a good way to run a business. I won't be shopping at Laura Geller again. I am on the hook for shipping charges.
Every day four of five of the Geller "models" appear on my I-pad feed. I cannot get rid of them! Over and over again with these narcissistic idiots putting on their stupid make-up. I'm at a point where I would pay someone to get these creeps off my feed!
Awful customer service when you need it. Poor packaging for products. Missing items or damaged items likely. When you try to reach them the phone number says to go to website. Won't order again ever.
Submitted an order on December 17. Site stated 3-5 business days. Finally got a tracking number which stated it was in transit. Then it was returned to sender on 12/29. Contacted company on website (since their Live Chat is dead) three times for resolution. No response. Asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. No response. Buyer beware! This is a hack company with absolutely NO customer service. Just hope I'm not out $50.

I received an email advertising an eye shadow pallet for $12.00 plus 44% off everything. So of course I went into their website, browsed the site and I added 2 other items to my cart; I wanted to take advantage of the sale and the 44% off everything. When I went to check out, the price of the eye shadow pallet had changed to $25.00. I contact someone by chat. I told her the issue I had, she asked for screen shots of the issue. Even with sending her the proof, she did not honor the price of the advertise price. She said I would have to wait to hear from a specialist they would contact me with in 48 to 72 hours. Which it didn't happen. I expressed to them that I wanted to receive the order before Christmas, if I could speak to someone sooner and they said no I have to wait to be contacted. When I finally received an email it was like they didn't read my issue, they never addressed it. I emailed back and they have not respond. False advertising, they only lure you into their website to see if they get you to buy other products, which they almost got me I had added 2 other products besides the eye shadow pallet.
Took 4 days shy of a month to receive an incomplete order, Fran Dreschers Special Blush with pink brush (Brush was missing) and the Anniversary Makeup Bag. Not available now so I'm out of luck but I paid for it. Next to impossible to reach someone, no phone number and the chat is a joke. I didn't receive it do to the over whelming response. Why did they take my money? Fraudulent way to do business. Still waiting to hear but I'll try the chat and ask for a free return label it's going back, I can't in good conscience order from a company that operates this way. I've ordered from Sephora, Ultra, Bobbie Brown etc. and has never had a problem.
I wish I had checked out this site before ordering. I ordered a palette which when received was damaged. Contacted them by the recommended method, slow to respond. Had to go to paypal to request assistance, then they contacted me. I have been promised a refund and here I am 10 days later with damaged product and no refund.
Yes, they are spammy. Once you visit their company you can count on getting e mails incessantly.
I wish I had never started with them It's really a shame because their products are pretty good.

I ordered the Fran Drescher's Favorites Kit (5PC) and Baked Balance-n-Brighten Color Correcting Foundation. I love the foundation and it does correct coloring, but if you blow your nose your kleenex will be full of powder/foundation. It rubs off very easily. Will probably rub of on your tops or coats just as easily. So I placed an order for Spackle Mist Boost with Electrolytes hoping it will set the powder. Have not received it yet, so can't tell you if it works.
The bronzer I got in the Fran Drescher kit is maybe a little dark for me, but will use a little less and hope that works out. Also received mascara in the kit. Love it! The eyeliner in thee kit...nah...won't use.
I am 69 and have not worn foundation for probably 40 years or more. Never needed it because I had good skin. With aging I find my skin is a little blotchy, so thought I try it after seeing it advertised on FB. All in all, I like it, I could really tell the difference, just hoping I can get it to set better with the Mist.
I have emailed website for two weeks, no repose. I need to return some products but there is no way to return unless you contact a rep from the company. I am ready to dispute charges with my CC company. The advertising is fraudulent. They offer 100% guarantee but here is no way to return items. No return label, no return option on website and no way to contact a rep for assistance. Plus, I get so many emails a day from this company. I will never, ever buy these products again!
I placed an order thirteen days ago and promptly received an email that the order was received, and that I would receive a notification in a few days with tracking information. I have yet to receive anything, and emails are not answered. I completed the contact-us form several times and get no response. The Chat feature on their web site does not work when using a secure VPN, and their phone number only results in a message to send them an email.
Update: Part of the order was received a few days before Christmas. However, the makeup bag was not included, instead a brush was a substitute. I wanted the bag. Customer service is "customer no service" to quote a radio personality.
I have never heard of this brand before (I don't even wear makeup!) but I started getting spam emails from them out of the blue. No reputable company would have to resort to spamming the inboxes of random strangers to muster up sales. They likely purchased my contact info from some leak or hack, so I would not trust them with my payment info or address either. I have added a screenshot of my spam folder. Multiple desperate emails a day is not a good look for a company.
Did not receive the promotion make up bag now they say it is out of stock the support team after 4 emails DID NOT resolve this company doesn't stand by their products NOT HAPPY
I received products that did not hold up to their advertisement and was trying to send them back. I was told I had to get a return slip (which never came with my package) and customer service would contact me. It has been over 3 days with me waiting to get this return slip and I have heard not one word. I would never ever order from this company ever again. The products are not what they say and their customer service is the worse I have ever seen.
The product is good, but customer service is the worst. They don't care. Don't bother they will hold your order for over 2 weeks and not ship and not give you any reason for the delay. I've reach out 2 them 3 times with no resolve.
I guess I got carried away in the pictures and didn't ck the ingredients. I am a retired makeup artist and this product could NEVER wk great on mature skin. The first ingredient is TALC. It doesn't matter how much dimensioned you put in it you will never over come the cabinets of talc. The coverage Def was not full on the baked double take foundation. This was really disappointing and a waste of time. Should have read the ingredients first. If your trying to improve the appearance of mature skin you would NEVER use talc and would NOT want a matte finish. Dewy finish will always win on mature skin, if need a little dusting of crushed silica in the right places for a finished look. But I prefer all dewy hydrated look for my mid 50's skin and most people think I am much younger than I am because of it.
Answer: Yes My skin got blotchy and red. It is very itchy.
