The band's keep breaking down till the break that's my second order for the wrist bands.
While the watch works well for what I need I'm starting think the watch is not worth getting more bands when this lot break

An estimated time of delivery before purchasing would be good.
When the delivery time was changed from the date set at the time of purchase, then the communication was too slow and the instructions to change the delivery date was ignored. The delivery was made when we were away. It was very lucky that the package was still in front of our door 24 hours later, when we returned home!

The product is good but the instructions were printed too small. Some details could not be read even with a magnifier. The device will not operate at all without 2.5ghz LAN and a smart device. This was not clear at all on the sales page.

Simple and easy with the exception of knowing what was coming in the box aside from a bluray player.

I knew from reviews that a HDMI cable was not included while the remote was, but the site doesn't list this (at all or in a prominent position to tell me)

From the time the order was made to receiving the product was a week. Laserco posted within 24 hours and the slow postal service took up the rest, but not Laserco's fault. Amazing company to purchase from.

Product as described but NOT delivered to the address given. Instead it was held at a post office meaning although you messaged me to say it was delivered on Friday morning, it was stuck in the post office until the following Monday!

I purchased Laser DVD-HDO12 from Harvey Norman about two weeks ago. The remote would not work. I cleaned the lens and replaced the batteries to no avail. I then purchased a replacement remote from you however it would not operate the player. The player works ok manually so obviously the player is faulty. I would be grateful if you could replace the obviously faulty player.

While it didn't really affect my purchasing decision. I was given the opportunity to "win" a discount which made no mention of a minimum order. I fully accept there must has to be a minimum order but it should probably should be mentioned when the "LASER10" code is displayed as trying to enter the code below the minimum order resulted in me having to close the page and reopen as it wouldn't let me proceed even though I had removed the code.

Also, it would be worth making it clearer that you can purchase replacement parts for the players direct. I only checked your website as I was trying to see if you went under any other name in order to get codes for a universal remote! Google searches for the remote on its own aren't very helpful and I didn't realise that you were an Aussie company so didn't bother to check your website.

Shipping was alright, the quality of product isn't too bad but in terms of smart light, it isnt the top quality. When yiu turn the lights off through voice control it doesnt turn off completely. It almost looks like the light is dimmed and flickering. In the end, some lights go completely off after that but some lights just come back on.

Utter rubbish

Not sure how they come up with ratting of over 4 on their light bulbs as they are crap and I am not able to find very many positive review on them other than on their own site. The app has a 3 star rating on play store with very poor reviews so again not sure how their site comes up with a rating above 4. The bulbs put out great light but the tech issues between the bulb and the app make the a big waste of money and time. Laser do not reply to tech inquiry or messages left. When I finally spoke to a technician on the phone after calling Australia he had no idea what he was talking g about and just told me the bulbs have developed a fault and that I would need to return them. I did so and got new ones and it has not made a single difference and I still am not able to add the bulbs to the app. I know I am bot doing anything wrong as I have them all through my house and have set them all up no trouble the first time. I just want the issue fixed with the stupid app so I can use my very expensive light bulbs properly. If they do not fix the app they should stop selling the bulbs as it makes the smart capability of them completely useless. If I could score 0 I would. Lastly I have tried the process of adding them now 58 times to with no joy.
